Pictures do not do this place justice, the house is way bigger than it looks on the site there was so much space and beautiful yard! The deer came up and visited us every morning, and the creek in the backyard was just stunning. While the driveway was a little tricky at first once we got the handle of it the location of this house was super convenient to everything we wanted to do (also walking distance to a beautiful park with great trails). We will totally be back!

Good Location in Beech and easy access to the trails and various falls. Families of deer nightly. Easy access to Banner Elk, Boone, Blowing Rock.

A great location on Beech Mountain, with access to many local day trips. We enjoyed the cool nights out by the fire pit on the deck, listening to the babbling creek. Coffee on the deck in the morning was wonderful. If you love nature, this is it! We had daily visits from the local deer each day between 4-6. While we didn't cook much because we were on the go so much, there was a wonderful cooking kitchen. Gas fireplace added some heat and romantic ambiance for some cool nights. Lovely place.

The cottage is located in what seems to be a very secluded and peaceful inlet on Beech Mountain. (About 4,600 feet above sea level). The location was perfect for our family. Close to a creek and walking/hiking trails. The cottage appears to have brand new carpeting and very inviting and cozy decor. Everything you could possibly need for a long stay was provided in the kitchen. There were games, Netflix and wifi! Rain or shine the cabin was perfect for all of us. We were 5, with 3 daughters ages 16-20 and they loved it just as much as we did. The deer encounters were the highlight of our trip. The deers are people friendly and they were always behind the property. Definitely looking forward to staying here again, maybe in the fall.

We loved our stay at this cabin. The view from the deck was incredible. The beds were amazingly comfortable. My kids loved all the space. We saw deer everyday at least once a day if not twice. We really enjoyed eating at Holy Smokes BBQ and Famous Brick Oven Pizza.

We rented Trails End Lodge for family vacation with our 5&6 yo grandchildren. What fun we had at night playing games that were in the house, watching fireflies and deer. During the day we went hiking, Grandfather Mtn, riding the lifts, eating at Brick Oven Pizza where they have piano player, arcades and putt putt. Also, Fred's is a must. Have to go down to the stream by the house! Sitting on deck and listening was so relaxing. The house wonderfully decorated, very accommodating! Loved it!

Awesome cabin, great communication, and we will surely use Blue Ridge again!
They have a great selection all over the Smokies, or Blue Ridge Mountains, whichever you prefer.
The Trails End Cabin had nightly deer visits, even with babies. It also had a hiking trail out the front door, and the back.
Great location too, being .5 mile from the restaurants and also the ski resort.

Our stay at Trails End Lodge has been WONDERFUL! I'm sorry I bothered you with all my questions when we checked in!
The amenities here are great! Is so clean! My 6 yo granddaughter wants to move here and live in this house due to two stories!
She left a comment in the book! She just finished Kindergarten, hence her spelling, but did a fantastic job!
Please tell the owners and Shannon, for making us feel so welcome and providing all of the amenities!

Adorable cabin! Location was perfect, easy to get to near by towns/attractions. Kitchen was well supplied for cooking. Comfortable rooms. Everything was in good working condition. Great views from the cabin. Would recommend to friends and family. We had a great time at the fire pit on the porch, super cozy!

I would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a cool, nature getaway. The cabin is stunning with all the chic woodsy decor and personal touches. It is stocked with all the essentials from entertainment to kitchen amenities if you want to enjoy staying in. The cabin location is so picturesque with wildlife and a nearby creek. We were able to take nature walks and hike to some of the nearby rivers which were only a few miles away. We were also close to local Banner Elk restaurants and shopping when we wanted to get out and explore the town. There is so much to do in Beech Mountain and this cabin is a perfect location if you ever plan a visit. I will be staying here again

A cabin oasis feel in Beech mountain! I spent an exquisite four days in this cabin in April. The location is situated with enough space between cabins and lucky enough right near a hike trail towards a lake. The living room area is an open concept which works out great with a big group because we all lounged together though in different areas of the cabin (living room, dining or kitchen). The kitchen is quite stocked with all utensils you may need, even to bring left overs for a picnic or hike. The bedrooms are quite cozy and the bathrooms spacious. The location is also convenient enough to drive to the downtown area nearby where you can have a good meal, go wine tasting or about 20 min away from grandfather mountain. Overall it was a wonderful weekend and I would totally visit again. Highly recommend this place!

The cabin is spacious & feels super cozy. It’s perfect for a weekend away. Tucked away in the steep hills, you can feel the love in this cozy cabin from the minute you step foot in the door. Every detail was thought through - from coffee, laundry, guest rooms, casual seating throughout, open kitchen, spacious dining & don’t even get me started on the outdoor decks & balconies overlooking the scenery. ? The towels, linens, blankets, wine cooler, bedding, couches, games, tiny soaps, face wipes, dishes AND so much more, were beyond a regular rental property. This place truly makes you feel right at home. One of my favorite moments was walking down to the creek & taking a small hike down along the water. It was a highlight of the trip for sure! We can’t wait to go back & create many more memories here!

We visited Trails End Lodge in February at the height of ski season! The slopes were perfect and less than a 5 minute drive. The cabin was a winter wonderland tucked away in the woods. The fireplace provided a cozy getaway from the cold and watching the deer come to snack was a real treat. The owners took the time to think about renters and did not miss a detail. From warm blankets, to plenty of towels, wifi and bedrooms for our friends and family. We will definitely be back!

This place is the best. It has a unique feel of coziness combined with plenty of space for families or groups. We absolutely loved the fireplace and wood ceilings! If you're into hiking, the cabin backs into an awesome trail (and stream) that leads to a lake/park. Overall, fantastic stay and can't wait to be back!

I really enjoyed the open floor plan with super high ceilings with views in all directions. Throughout my trip I was able to see wildlife in the neighborhood. Overall I would give the home five stars given the amenities and cozy vibe!

Trails End Lodge aka my favorite retreat ever is the loveliest cabin in Beech Mountain. The hosts are wonderful and the cabin is beautifully designed and super cozy. We started our first day with a hike we accessed right out our front door. You can easily get away from it all but if you want to get out and about it’s a short trip to the restaurants bars and breweries. Pure magic. Bonus: my husband and I got engaged on our first visit to the cabin at the bench by the creek on property. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting for the most special moment
