We switched management companies to BRMR and what a blessing! Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals has been by far an amazing experience. Low turnover in staff. Our manager Erica (and staff) has been outstanding with consistent delivery on making sure that our cabin renters are pleased with their stay, we owners are satisfied with their service and the invaluable marketing efforts are made to ensure consistent bookings for our property. BRMR are very professional and really apply their core values to clients.

Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals (BRMR) takes better care of my mountain cabin than I would myself and they understand the rental market in the mountains better than all other firms bar none. They have taken loving care of my log cabin which has fantastic mountain views for over 13 years. As a homeowner, participating in their rental program has allowed me to have a second home in the mountains, which is wonderful, at a net total positive income after all expenses. I was super surprised because I was advised that rental incomes usually only covers half of all costs. BRMR has a ton of in-house talent including webmasters (with an active "chat" feature for potential guests to ask questions), schedulers, an entire maintenance team to manage cleaning, plumbing, electrical, and hot tub/appliance/grill maintenance. They provide email addresses for all their contacts for me to ask questions and sort out problems, which is great since I live 3 hours away. They even put up Christmas and Thanksgiving decorations for me. The only thing I do is manage the yard upkeep with a local company.

I’ve been doing business with BRMR since 2015, as a renter and as a property owner. Housekeeping at my property has been exemplary. Management and staff are totally trustworthy and responsive to needs/concerns. There’s a lot of competition, but I believe BRMR is the best choice!

We are recent property owners of a cabin in the mountains and we couldn't be happier! That was until we picked the wrong property management company for our dream cabin. Our problems began at the very beginning of our contract. We delt with excuse after excuse for our property not being promptly listed, poor cleaning and maintenance and numerous complaints from our neighbors in the area. I made the decision to switch to Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals even before our contract was up. It was the BEST decision ever for our cabin. Blue Ridge actually cares about your property! My original contact was Matt and he stayed with us throughout every step of the transition. The customer service is out of this world! They respond almost immediately, fix the issue and go above and beyond their competition. I only wish we had gone with Blue Ridge from the start. Our rentals are up and so are our 5 star reviews. I would recommend Blue Ridge for all of your property management needs. Please don't go with their smaller competitor, you and your property will definitely regret it. Our first year of renting our property was nothing but an absolute nightmare until we transitioned to Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. If you care about your home, go with BRMR!
