Step inside, and you'll discover an open-concept living space that serves as the heart of the home. The living room is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring cozy seating and a fireplace that creates an inviting ambiance. Oversized windows frame panoramic mountain vistas that unfold like a living masterpiece, connecting you with nature from every angle.
Adjacent to the living area, the gourmet kitchen beckons with top-of-the-line appliances, ample counter space, and a layout that accommodates both culinary creations and intimate gatherings. The highlight of this luxurious abode is the individual king bedroom on each of the three levels. Each suite offers a retreat of indulgence, featuring lavish furnishings, private bathrooms, and havens of relaxation. From the lower level to the uppermost floor, each bedroom promises privacy and comfort. On the lower level is a second living space with comfortable seating and large screen TV.
Stepping outside, you'll find a world of outdoor pleasures. A private hot tub beckons on the deck, inviting you to unwind beneath the sky while immersed in soothing warmth. The landscaped yard boasts a fire pit, creating an inviting space for gathering around crackling flames, sharing stories, and roasting marshmallows. Embrace the soothing sounds of flowing water as you find a serene spot to connect with nature. Several natural benches are located throughout the property. But perhaps the most enchanting feature of this home is the captivating mountain views that envelop the property. Whether it's a serene sunrise, a vibrant sunset, or the starlit expanse at night, these vistas provide a breathtaking backdrop to your mountain living experience.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- Firewood for the fire pit may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a Firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. This is capped at $175 for this home, with is varying based on the length of stay.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- This homeowner uses 3 Ring exterior security cameras to ensure their home remains safe. One is by the front door, one is mounted on the front of the house over the driveway, and the third is on the back of the home.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
