Walk to Hawk's Nest for snow tubing and ziplining, spend the day exploring Boone, Blowing Rock, or Banner Elk, or simply settle in and enjoy the ever-changing mountain scenery from the decks, hot tub, and living spaces.

The heart of the home is the inviting main level, where dining area, and living room flow seamlessly together with the kitchen right near by. Prepare your family’s favorite meals in the fully stocked kitchen.  With granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and generous storage, it’s ready for all your cooking needs.  The living room is framed by two walls of windows that bring the fantastic views to your table for every meal.  Just beyond, the living room invites everyone to relax on the oversized reclining sectional, enjoy a movie on the large mounted TV, or unwind beside the warmth of the electric fireplace while taking in the views.

Step outside to the upper deck, where mornings begin with coffee and mountain sunrises, afternoons are perfect for grilling, and evenings are best spent gathered around the fire table as the sun sets behind the ridges. 

Upstairs, the cozy loft is situated beside two additional queen bedrooms.  This relaxing space serves as a peaceful retreat overlooking both the great room and the mountains beyond. Curl up with a book in a comfortable chair, enjoy an afternoon nap on the daybed, or simply watch the clouds drift across the layered peaks through the large picture windows.

The lower level offers a flexible gathering space designed for both fun and relaxation. Challenge friends and family to games on the arcade cabinet, settle in for movie nights on the comfortable seating, or create a cozy hangout space for kids and teens. After a day of hiking, skiing, or exploring the area, your group will love slipping into the hot tub on the lower level deck or retreat to the spa-inspired bathroom for a little more privacy.  Here a custom tiled shower and a sunken jetted tub positioned beside bay windows allow you to soak while gazing across the mountains.

ADDITIONAL NOTES: 
- Due to the elevation, the Town of Seven Devils requires that all visitors from November-April come prepared with 4WD or AWD, and during inclement weather chains may be required. This home is accessed by a paved road, and roads will be plowed with 3"+ of snow after a storm, but it is wise to come prepared for any weather possibility. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
-This home allows up to 2 mature and well-trained dog weighing 40 lbs or less each.  A pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night is charged for each pet, and they must be crated if left unattended at the home. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.


CANCELLATION POLICY - 
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. 
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. 
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. 
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
