Perched in the Ridgeline Village of Eagles Nest, this luxury mountain home has stunning views from inside and out! Relaxation options outside are endless! Roast marshmallows at the firepit under the stars, soak in the soothing jets of the hot tub, or share memories on the deck by the warmth of the outdoor fireplace.

HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
GUESTS RETURNING TO EAGLE RARE RETREAT qualify for a special repeat renter discount. Not stackable with other room discounts. Reach out for more details!

.-This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- There is an included amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
- The owner uses security cameras to monitor the parking areas and the view/weather. No cameras show the interior, decks, hot tub, or firepit.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Cancellation Policy - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
