Mossy Creek Haus offers an easy flat drive-in from the Sugar Mountain entrance, making winter access far easier than many mountain properties. The Sugar Mountain Lodge is right around the corner, allowing guests quick and convenient access to:

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- We are pet friendly!  We welcome ONE mature well trained dog for your stay!  Pet rent is $25+tax per night. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo,  conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. 
- Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am EST
- Home has paved parking with space for four standard vehicles plus two vehicles can park in the garage. 
- Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
