The communication with the management was fantastic! They were very kind and helpful throughout. The house is just how it looks in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you would need. It was super close to the ski resort and the grocery store. We will stay here again for sure!

Blue Ridge was great as well - they promptly answered my call when we were having issues getting into the property (it was our fault, we were at the wrong house!). We had a wonderful time at the Bearadise cabin. Great location, very close to Sugar Mountain and a shuttle bus will take you back and forth for free. The cabin was nice and we loved the wood burning fireplace.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. The view from the living room/kitchen is beautiful. The air conditioning was quite cold downstairs but with only one thermostat we couldn't fix that without making it too warm upstairs. It was fine, we just used blankets when we went to bed. The cabin is close to many places (Boone, Banner Elk, Alpine Coaster) and we took advantage of that. I highly recommend Bearidise Cabin!!

Perfect location, gorgeous home. It felt like home. The upgrades in the home were very much appreciated. The king bed in the master bedroom was wonderful. The mid entry allowed for teens to keep their mess on the bottom level and it never traveled to the main floor! Will be back in the summer for another visit.

Cabin is exactly as advertised. Nice views, great deck for grilling and firepit for relaxation. Master suite is perfect with a nice shower and jet tub. Guest room with queen is very nice (but no closet). Children's room had bunks and a futon - the 10 and 13-year old boys enjoyed their time. Open living area was relaxing and perfect for cooking while being with the family. Highly recommend.

I really liked that the cabin had a natural fireplace. There was plenty of wood for the fire and the bbq grill was in food shape. The cabin was clean and in a great location. Very comfortable for 2 couples and 3 kids. Pablo the owner was very responsive via txt throughout the stay.

The property was beautiful and convenient to local attractions. Lots of hard woods and new appliances made for easy in-home cooking. There is a master suite and a half bath upstairs. The carpet was dirty in the master suite and the jet tub in the mast bath had dead bugs in it. We informed the property manager/owner who immediately asked if we’d like someone sent to clean. We declined as we weren’t planning to use the jet tub and the carpet stains could be dealt with after our stay. The property was a little dusty, but generally clean. There was no toilet paper when we arrived, but all the other necessary amenities were available. We supplied our food and collected kindling around the house for the fireplace. The outside fire pit is not allowed to be used between Oct-Mar according to the in-home guest guide, so don’t plan on s’mores outdoors. We brought stuff to make s’mores but made them in the oven on a pan covered with foil. Still yummy. There were also some board games and puzzles in the house which we took advantage of.

We stayed here to ski at Sugar Mountain. The place was in a perfect location 5 minutes from the slopes. It was a well laid out clean cabin for 4 adults and 3 kids. The kitchen was well stocked and the natural fireplace was great at night. The kids loved playing in the back yard as well. The owner was easy to get a hold of and work with.
There were other things in the area to do as well like Grandfather Mt hiking and Lindville falls. We would definitely return.

18th Birthday celebration weekend! Impressive in photos, and even more impressive in person. Well kept grounds, tidy garage, and ample space for parking; this home is well equipped for a great time. Snow skiing at Sugar, just a mile or so away, and then back to play games, cook, gather around the table for meals; this property was a welcome home away from Home! So many updates from the owners, superb linens, weather app, surround sound with clear and easy directions, and the kitchen was GREAT!! The living room is much larger than the picture shows, and we loved loved loved the wood burning fireplace. Pablo was a joy to work with, and even texted to see how we were enjoying our stay. Our family rents homes for vacation, and have been to many many homes. This one ranks in the top tier of all time favorites. Well worth it.

This cabin is everything we hoped for and then some. It was clean and we'll kept up. The owner Pablo is very nice and very helpful. We saw a lot of snow and had a lot of fun down the driveway. The snow plow guy Chewy was also a lot of help. The view was breath taking. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and hope we get to visit here again.

The cabin was just as described in listing, beautiful decor, amazing views, and plenty of space for the whole family. The cabin was clean and ready for us when we arrived and Pablo was readily available for questions. The location is wonderful and the drive is an easy one. The whole family had a great time playing in the yard and searching for icicles on the tree and watching as the fog rolled in and the view changed. We had an incredible vacation here and enjoyed the cabin very much. We would definitely recommend this cabin for anyone looking for an true mountain cabin vacation with all the amenities of home. We came to ski, and ski we did! We received over 8inches of snow during our stay. The cabin is 5 minutes from everything. It is updated, very clean and well maintained. Everything you need to function is provided. The fireplace is perfect and cozy, with a view to die for. One of the most beneficial perks about this cabin is its large garage. I have a truck and it fit without a problem which means no snow in the morning to clean off. The rooms are large, and the kitchen is very clean and well maintained. You want for nothing here, and Pablo treated us like family!
The town of Banner Elk is very friendly, and there is a supermarket almost at the entrance where the cabin is located. We found a small lodge called the "Banner Elk Lodge" right on the main road and ate there for breakfast and dinner about 4 times. The staff is very nice, but the food is out of sight and resonably priced. If you have children, make sure to get the hot cocoa!
Not only will we be back, we will be back many more times. Thank you Pablo! You run a tight ship!!

This cabin was everything we expected and then some! There was plenty of room for our family of 6 to roam and we felt very comfortable. We lucked out and received 15 inches of snow in 3 days! It started snowing the night of our arrival(Sunday) and never let up until Wednesday. This driveway provided TONS of sledding fun for the whole family. Fireplace was nice but not needed because the house cooled evenly on both floors. This is the first cabin we found that has done so! When we arrived everything was clean and ready to go. Pablo(owner) was very helpful and gave some great tips to nearby attractions. We would definitely recommend this cabin, but just not on the weeks we would like to go of course :-)

I have stayed at this house 4 years in a row and its a wonderful experience each and every time and I plan on going back each and every year. The location is fantastic. It is on Sugar Mountain, which has had great skiiing for 2 years in a rown when I have gone and a great tubing hill. Just down the mountain, within blocks, there are several restaurants (Italian, Chinese, BBQ, steak place, McDonalds...). There are also 2 grocery stores and a liquor store within a few blocks. There is really no need to travel very far for anything once you are at the cabin. If you do want to venture out, Banner Elk is within a 15 minute drive and both Blowing Rock & Boone are within a 30 minute drive. It is truly a great location.
The house itself is immaculate and seems brand new. It is very spacious for a family or multiple families (there are 3 bedrooms). Wi-fi and tv's in every room. Great views of Sugar Mountain from the family room. A great driveway for sledding if you are going in the winter. I havent been in the Summer, but Ive heard there is a ton to do in the area in the Summer.

My stay at this cabin was truly a winter wonderland with my family! We had a great time, the cabin was well maintained and beautifully decorated. The view was spectacular and breathtaking. The location is centrally located and close to the restaraunts, sugar mountain ski resort and just a short drive to Beech Mountain Ski Resort. I would recommend this cabin if you are planning a trip to the mountains! The owner was succint and accomodating, I would stay here again if planning another trip. The cabin was amazing!

I stayed at this place with my family for a few days in the summer, and enjoyed it so much we came back in the winter. Modern, with all the amenities of a high end property, but really cozy and warm at the same time. Family room is awesome, with great views from everywhere.
At the bottom of of the mountain is a great Italian restaurant and grocery store, and the town of Banner Elk. Short drive to Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls, and Beech mountain.
Place is kept really neat, has flat screen TV above fireplace and wi-fi. There is actually a path from backyard that can be hiked.
Would definitely go back with family, but would make a great couples getaway also.
