Perfectly positioned at Sugar Mountain Resort, this inviting condo provides easy walk-to-slope access out your front door, so you can skip the hassle of loading up equipment, driving and parking and instead step straight into your day’s adventure!
Enjoy easy arrival and departure with step free entrance from the paved parking area to your front door. The main entrance provides space to store your snow or outdoor adventure equipment before stepping inside for a warm and welcoming feel. You are greeted with soaring cathedral ceilings and large windows that frame the slopes like a living postcard. The open living space is designed for comfort and connection, featuring a cozy gas fireplace, large screen TV, and direct access to the deck where you can unwind to the peaceful views and sounds of the creek. The kitchen has been thoughtfully designed to elevate your stay. Enjoy preparing meals while taking in beautiful slope views right from the kitchen, keeping you connected to the mountain experience even while indoors. A dedicated coffee station offers both a Keurig and drip coffee maker so you can start your mornings just the way you like. You’ll also find a pantry for food storage and a separate appliance pantry stocked with a crockpot, hand mixer, toaster, small oven, blender, and all the essentials needed to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner. Thoughtfully stocked for your arrival, the kitchen allows you to cook as much—or as little—as you want during your vacation. The layout comfortably accommodates groups while clearly separating spaces for privacy. The upper level features a spacious king bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom providing walk-in shower and separate jetted tub, creating a private retreat to relax after a day on the slopes. On the main level, you’ll find a queen bedroom with its own full bathroom and private exterior entrance, ideal for easy access. Also on the main level is the bunk room, equipped with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for kids or additional guests. Completing the main level is a guest half bath and laundry area with full-size stacked washer and dryer. Gated entry ensures ample parking space for your vehicles. This unit stands out as one of only two in Bee Branch offering an additional half bath easy entry and larger layout, setting this unit apart and elevates the overall vacation experience.

- The roads to this property are paved and plowed in winter weather, however 4WD/AWD vehicles are required during times of inclement weather, with chains being recommended in times of heavy snow. There is parking for 2 vehicles.
- The property is not yet equipped with central AC or minisplits.
- This home offers a well stocked kitchen with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
-Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm, and check out is by 10am.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
