We had a wonderful stay at Whispering Willow. This house has it all and it is so well laid out and comfortable. Lots of room for us all to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the game choices from corn hole to air hockey were great! Enjoyed both the gas fireplaces inside and the fire pit outside. The location was both quiet and private. We were even visited by a family of dear almost every day. We will definitely return. Highly Recommend!

Loved our stay! We had trouble with the lock getting in but it was resolved very quickly. The only recommendation I have is to leave more trash bags! We ran out very quickly. Otherwise great place; great views, tons of room, comfortable beds, all appliances working correctly. Would definitely stay again!

This Cabin was simply amazing. As soon as we arrived we seen deer on the property enjoying their evening grazing. Every morning as well they were easily visible out front or out back eating. The inside was very cozy and relaxing. The nearby hikes were really fun as well. Would highly recommend staying at this cabin.

Our family and friends felt like it was home away from home. Very clean and it was evident that that someone takes great pride in their rental property inside and out. Ample space to feel warm and cozy yet be able to have quiet time away from others either on the porch or in the hot tub. Well stocked kitchen allowing the ability to eat-in was a plus with a fabulous grill! And the icing on the cake was meeting Jenny before leaving. She was so friendly and does a wonderful job preparing the house for the next guests to have a relaxing stay. We will definitely be back.

This experience for my family was incredible. We found the peacefulness of this location and the opportunity to be close to everything a joy.
There is a park right down the road that our kids love, and the Mast General Stores were so fun. We also had the opportunity to go to the Cone Manor, do a hike, and hit up Grandfather Mountain, which were both fantastic.
The house itself comes with top-of-the-line accommodations, and as someone who loves to cook, I thought the KitchenAid appliances and the Napoleon grill to be a huge hit.
The only thing I would have loved, and this is minor, is to have the deck, and lower levels pressured cleaned prior as there was a lot of pollen that we ended up taking care of ourselves.
We are already looking at this cabin for next year!

The property was exactly as explained in the listing. We were surprised by all the kitchen items available to use for cooking and baking. That was a pleasant surprise. The layout of the home is very nice and the views are beautiful. The road up to the home is very steep and winding. We were told without 4x4 we would have trouble accessing the property and that is 100% true. The property is very close to Banner Elk, Boone and Blowing Rock. These are all very nice towns to visit so it was nice that they were close by! The only thing we had any issue with were that the mattresses in 2 of the 3 bedrooms were not comfortable, with springs sticking out in one of them. The main bedroom and bunk bed mattresses were good. Overall this is a great property!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The check in process was a breeze, pictures depicted the property very accurately. Very spacious, plenty of room for a gathering of families, and the property was very clean! We had our small business year end meeting here; it was the perfect space for us to hold our team meetings as well as rest, and have fun together. Game room is such a great group hang out space. Loved the master bedroom with fireplace and large shower and vanity. The kitchen appliances are top notch, great quality. Great Mountain view. The hot tub was a welcome treat after a day of skiing!

(One note - the property listing here on VRBO showed this cabin was 2 miles from Beech Mountain ski resort - that was not accurate. It was a good 30 minute drive. Even with that - well worth it!)

The house has a beautiful layout with amazing views. It was nice being able to sit by the bonfire each night and enjoy the moonlight. The house has everything you need and more. Would definitely stay here again!

Renting this property was easy. The property is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with quality utensils, pots, pans, coffee pot,etc. We cooked a lot and everything we needed was there. Beautiful view! This place was great!

This is our second time renting through Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals and highly recommend them. The rental process is smooth and their properties are exactly as described.
We just stayed at Whispering Willow with our daughter, her husband and two toddlers and loved it. The house is larger than we needed in fact one master bedroom and bath went unused.
Words cannot describe the beauty of the home and the finishes. All kitchen equipment is top-of- the- line. The kitchen has everything you may need and more. The setting is beautiful and close to Boone and Blowing Rock. Dining, wineries, waterfalls, parks, arcades, hiking. We loved it all.
Yes, we will be back!

We recently stayed in the Whispering Willows property with Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. Not only was the property fantastic, but from reservation to check in to check out, everything was flawless. I have rented vacation homes from multiple companies in the High Country but this was the first time with Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. It was the best rental experience I have ever had with a management company. Every employee that I interacted with genuinely cared about making our family vacation the best it could be. I will definitely use Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals for future trips to the area.

Whispering Willows was a fabulous mountain home. It was outfitted with top of the line appliances & features. It has everything you need to prepare meals. I can't think of anything the owners hadn't thought of in making this a welcoming stay.
