Newly added in June of 2024 are mini-splits to keep you cool all summer!
Descending to the lower level unveils a third king bedroom, adorned with its full bath in the hallway, and a cozy den with direct access to the lower deck and a bubbling hot tub. This home allows up to one mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

- AWD/4WD or chains will be needed in times of snow or ice to access Beech Mountain. The driveway is flat and level, with only room for two cars.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or up to a week in advance. You'll receive two, kiln-dried packs of firewood plus a firestarter for $25 per night plus tax.
- Guest returning to Vista 360 may receive a discount of 10%, not to be combined with other discounts to the room rent.
