The main-level primary king suite adds convenience and privacy, while the additional bedrooms include a queen room with a custom twin-over-twin bunk setup and a second queen bedroom, giving everyone a cozy place to recharge. Guests often appreciate the spacious layout, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and the added touch of TVs in the bedrooms for winding down after a day of adventure.

The living spaces are made for gathering, with a welcoming fireplace, smart TV, games, and video games that make it easy to relax together. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home-cooked meals, from a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware to a kitchen island, dining area, blender, toaster, coffee makers, and even wine glasses for an easy evening in.

A washer and dryer, linens, towels, heating, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and Wi-Fi help keep every stay smooth and comfortable.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays.  This is strictly enforced. 
Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

- This homeowner uses outdoor surveillance cameras to ensure their home stays safe. No cameras monitor indoors or face the home
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an included amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.       
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge. Weddings or other events are not permitted at the property. No exceptions will be made.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March for all of our homes, and chains may also be necessary to access the home in times of snow or ice.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an included amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.). This home may provide some recreational equipment for guests to borrow, which is required to be returned for the next guest to use
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. Cell service tends to be better at this home due to its location on the front side of the mountain.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night plus tax.
      

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
