Tranquility provides a highly desired single step entry and has a king bedroom suite on the main floor with a completely updated double sink bathroom with walk-in shower and heated tile floors. The upstairs suite has also been fully renovated with a king bed, custom built in closet/entertainment cabinet with sliding barn doors and large walk-in shower with waterfall shower head. 

Downstairs guests can relax on the large sectional sofa that has a bar area and large 65” flat screen tv and a stone gas fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 bedrooms have queen beds with built-in vanity/workspace and private bathrooms. The large third bedroom has 2 queen beds and ensuite bath with tub/shower. This room has direct access to the lower deck with two hanging chairs for relaxing views.

- This home is not pet friendly.  Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Hound Ears is a private membership club. Club amenities are not available to guests of Tranquility but there are hiking trails within the property that may be enjoyed during your stay. 
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. The home comes with eco-friendly dishwasher detergent, laundry pods,  shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A starter set of toilet paper, garbage bags and makeup remover cloths are also provided.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby. 
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended during winter months. The road leading to this home is paved with a paved driveway. Hound Ears Property Services treats and removes snow during any inclement winter weather event. Use caution when traveling during inclement weather as icy spots may be present.
