The upstairs suite has also been fully renovated with a king bed, custom built in closet/entertainment cabinet with sliding barn doors and large walk-in shower with waterfall shower head. 

Downstairs guests can relax on the large sectional sofa that has a bar area and large 65” flat screen tv and a stone gas fireplace. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 bedrooms have queen beds with built-in vanity/workspace and private bathrooms. The large third bedroom has 2 queen beds and ensuite bath with tub/shower. This room has direct access to the lower deck with two hanging chairs for relaxing views.

IMPORTANT NOTES
- Due to neighborhood restrictions, reservations may only be booked more than 3 days, or 72 hours, prior to arrival. Guests must complete an information form for the Hound Ears neighborhood upon booking, and the reservation will be approved based on the form. 
- This home is not pet friendly.  Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Rental guests cannot access any Hound Ears Club amenities or buildings, including golf, pool, tennis, or the restaurant; as per Club rules updated in late 2023. 
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. The home comes with eco-friendly dishwasher detergent, laundry pods,  shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. A starter set of toilet paper, garbage bags and makeup remover cloths are also provided.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Please observe a quiet hour of 10PM as there are full time residents nearby. 
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are recommended during winter months. The road leading to this home is paved with a paved driveway. Hound Ears Property Services treats and removes snow during any inclement winter weather event. Use caution when traveling during inclement weather as icy spots may be present.

Any bookings cancelled within 30 days of arrival are non refundable
Any bookings cancelled 31 or more days before arrival will receive 50% back, of what they paid into the reservation
Any bookings cancelled 60 or more days before arrival will receive 100% back, of what they paid into the reservation
