Escape to the mountains and enjoy plenty of room for the whole family at this spacious Sugar Mountain getaway. With five sleeping areas, mountain views, a short drive to the ski slopes, and multiple spaces to relax and gather, this home is an ideal year-round retreat for families and groups.

Main Level
The inviting living room features a gas-log fireplace, TV, and access to the deck, creating a comfortable spot to unwind after a day of mountain adventures. The dining area seats 8 guests, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals together.
The main level also includes a convenient washer and dryer near the garage access door.
The primary bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, TV, and deck access. The spacious ensuite bath includes a soaking tub and double vanity. Two additional queen bedrooms are located on the main level and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom.

Lower Level
Head downstairs for even more space to relax and have fun. The lower level features a pool table, living room area, fireplace, and TV with outdoor access. This space is perfect for game nights or relaxing with the family.
The lower level also includes a queen bedroom with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, shared with an additional sleeping area featuring three twin beds, a couch, and a TV.

Outdoor Spaces
Step outside onto the spacious deck and take in the mountain views. The deck is partially covered and partially uncovered, giving you options for enjoying the fresh mountain air in a variety of weather.
For an evening of family fun, gather around the outdoor fire pit with Adirondack-style seating. Roast marshmallows, make s'mores, and enjoy a memorable mountain evening under the stars.

Whether you're visiting for skiing and snowboarding in the winter, hiking and exploring in the warmer months, or simply looking for a peaceful mountain escape, this Sugar Mountain home offers the space, comfort, and amenities to make your stay memorable.

Important Notes:
- This home is pet friendly and allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs per reservation. Pet rent is $25 per pet per night + tax. Must clean up after pets.
- All BRMR homes offer kitchens stocked with all utensils, dishware and cookware needed to cook and enjoy meals. There is also a "starter set" of other essentials including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided for you. Please plan to bring any food or pantry items you wish to use. 
- This home is accessed by moderately inclined paved roads. 4WD or AWD vehicles and tire chains may be necessary to access homes in our area during inclement winter weather. Please plan accordingly during November and April.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice for $25 per night + tax. This provides two wrapped bundles of wood and a fires tarter per nightly bundle. 

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
