To each side is an ensuite bedroom, one with a queen and the other a king, and TV. On the right, the bath features a large, tiled shower with an overhead showerhead and a handheld wand. The counters are granite with a double vanity. The bathroom on the left has a tub/shower combo with the overhead showerhead. Double granite vanities also grace this room. From the great room, ascend the spiral staircase to the loft where you'll find two twin beds!
The back deck is large and spacious, allowing room for a dining area, a few chairs for the views of the forest beyond, and the grill. Enjoy the beautiful firepit and Adirondacks! A perfect place to sit around the fire, roast marshmallows, and tell stories!
Located directly between Great Camp and the North Pavilion area of Eagles Nest, this home offers excellent location in proximity to the most popular amenities in the community including pickleball and disc golf. In the summer time, enjoy a nice hike right from your door step! The winding trails can be hiked by foot, fun for everyone! Just a short drive to the Sportman's Grille and Winery, right here within Eagles Nest!

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- Mature, well trained dogs under 40lb only. Pet fee is $25/night each, 2 Dogs max.- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- There is an additional $35 per night amenity fee (max $175) in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
-Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
