Welcome to The Overlook at Blue Ridge Mountain Club!  This luxury mountain home is located within the highly sought after Blue Ridge Mountain Club between Boone and Blowing Rock.  Experience year round mountain views, hiking and ATV trails, wellness & fitness services, and more only steps from your door while surrounded by high-end custom interiors and luxury mountain living at it's finest! This home has it all, featuring the hot tub looking out into the mountains on the double deck with a gas grill, heaters and a wood burning outdoor fireplace with High def mounted TV on the main deck.  This modern kitchen offered both a drip style, and Keurig coffeemaker.  Inside this 4 suite style bedroom,4.5 bath custom home, find a gas fireplace and High def mounted TV in the grand living room.  Views throughout, and High def TVs in the upper level King Suite, Queen Suite, and lower level Bunk room.  Each bedroom has an attached bathroom.  There are two King bedrooms, one Queen bedroom, and a Bunk room with a full over full and a twin over twin.  
**Please note that the advertised maximum occupancy is based on community regulations requiring a maximum advertising of two adults per bedroom. Homes with bunk rooms, lofts, or additional sleeping areas may be able to accommodate slightly larger family groups with children under the care of accompanying adults. The Overlook can accommodate 6 adults and 6 children in the bunk room.

Please read before booking:
All guests must go to the North Gate of BRMC to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the North Gate closing for the day (see details below).

The current gate hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 9pm
Saturday - Sunday: 8am - 9pm

A call box is available for guests arriving after hours, which will grant temporary access. Guests will need to visit the North Gate the following morning to collect your arrival packet. If you know you'll arrive later than 8:45pm, please contact the North Gate Team before arrival during open hours at 828.265.5065.

Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice: 
BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.

ADDITIONAL NOTES 
- The Blue Ridge Mountain Club is a up-and-coming community with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, and on Friday's from 7am to 5pm. Quiet interior work is allowed on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. - There is paved parking at this home. Parking is limited to two standard vehicles. 
- Delivered firewood for the outdoor fireplace, may be added to your booking, up until 1 week in advance of your arrival.  You get two small dry kiln wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night plus tax. Please reach out with how many nights you would like to purchase.  
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not requesting an exception and for not bringing pets into this home.  
- The garage is not available for guest use.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. 
- All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee per booking in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
-UTV Rentals: Available exclusively through Appalachian UTV. Rentals can be booked online at https://www.appalachianutv.com/. Rental pickups are located at the Meadows Pool. NOTE: Guests may not bring UTV’s, ATV's or Dirt bikes to BRMC during their visit. Only UTV's available for rent from Appalachian UTV are permitted.
- Guests must remove their own trash to the community Dumpsters near the home's street. 
- There is an elevator in the property that is checked between rentals to ensure that it works properly. The elevator is for adult use ONLY and children absolutely may not use the elevator without adult supervision. Any damages to the elevator caused by improper use will be billed to the tenant's card on file as non-accidental damages, at a minimum fee of $1,000. 

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

We just got back from a week at a condo in Blue Ridge Mountain Club near Boone and Blowing Rock, and we would go back in a heartbeat. The house itself was big and gorgeous, and the view from all the decks was picture perfect. We could have hung out or eaten anywhere in the area but we kept coming back to the condo because that view was better than anything else around. The kitchen was cozy and well stocked, which made it easy to just stay in and enjoy the place. The condo also had its own outdoor fireplace, which was a great touch. On top of that the club amenities were huge, a pool, pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a communal fire pit. The hosts were great too, quick and easy to communicate with the whole time. Highly recommend this place if you want a mountain view that actually delivers.

The Overlook was STUNNING!! Our group loved this experience more than we can explain. It was clean, beautiful and had every amenity we could want - loved the layout, design, furnishings - everything was perfect! We even were able to get in our workouts and some sauna time at the Wellness Center. It FELT like home and facilitated the girls getaway we were longing for! We’ll cherish this weekend for a lifetime! We cried a little when it was time to leave. TRULY a special home and a special place.

The bedrooms had plenty of room for suitcases and the beds were very comfortable. The location of the home is ideal for walking, hiking, renting UTV’s for a riding adventure or just going over to the club house for a drink or a meal. I would definitely go back to this lovely home.

Great, clean space for a number of people to enjoy time away from city life. Love that each bedroom has its own full size bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. Full kitchen accessories definitely came in handy. Love that that facility provided us with a couple days of house management necessities; garbage bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods (although a couple more would be fantastic), bathroom supplies, etc. Having 3 views of the mountains was spectacular! Homes on this particular street are close but each unit has slotted privacy boards on the decks giving a private experience when sitting outside. Hiking trails are amazing, Green Lawn and Fire Gardens are another great place to watch the sun set. HIGHLY recommend renting this unit and location for making your personal memories
