Experience the mountain views inside and out at this home.  Designed to offer multiple decks of outdoor relaxation and entertainment options that face the mountain landscape.   Cozy up outside by the stone gas fireplace, dine al fresco style at the ample outdoor dining table, or have a cup of coffee on the oversized deck seating just outside of your king suite on the main level.   If you have some work to finish up, The Lookout as a home office setup with wi-fi for added convenience.

Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice: 
BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed. 

Please read before booking:
All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
The gate hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 4pm
Sunday: 8am - 2pm

- BRMC AMENITY FEE is $50/day and capped at $500/reservation.

- Over 60 miles of creeks and streams, a variety of waterfalls, plus a number of coveted fishing holes.
- The trails here are for hiking only. Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's, UTVs, mountain bikes, or dirt bikes.

- Lookout Grill (seasonal restaurant with indoor/outdoor bar).

**Guests can use these during staffed hours. Classes are available for a small per-day fee. Additional charges may apply. 

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- This home does not allow pets.  Thank you for not bringing animals to this property. 
- The elevator is not available for guest use. 
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am EST
- There is paved parking at this home. Parking is limited to two standard vehicles. 
- The fireplaces are all gas powered.  No wood burning devices are present at this home. 
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. 
- All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- This home has exterior security cameras at the garage and front door to keep this home safe. 
- Garage is not for guest use. 
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's, UTVs, or dirt bikes. 
- All BRMR homes offer well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
