The main level offers a family room with floor to ceiling windows, comfortable seating for everyone, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. Cooking is a breeze in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and there’s room for up to 8 at the dining table with room for 3 more at the bar. There’s also a half bath off the family room.
Wake up to beautiful views every day. The main level master bedroom offers a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double granite vanities. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed and the second full bath is shared by the bedrooms on this floor. There’s also a sleeper sofa in the loft between the two bedrooms. Enjoy playing on the Xbox in the loft! All the TVs in the house have streaming options including Netflix, Disney+, Prime, ESPN+, and more!

The Eagles Nest Winery is brand new in 2020 and is just a quarter mile away from this home. Access to Beech Mountain has never been quicker thanks to the brand-new road connecting Beech Mountain and Eagles Nest, Mountain Pass Road, just a short drive away.
The Eagles Nest community offers a wonderful retreat with as much relaxation or adventure as you desire. With the main gate only 5 minutes from downtown Banner Elk, you will have quick access to loads of fun on both Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain. Each season presents its own gift full of opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, or just enjoy the comforts of your home away from home. - The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a Firestarter for $25/night.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week plus stay @ “The Grape Escape” in the Overlook section of Eagle's Nest. Wonderful views from almost anywhere inside the home and the most relaxing deck with picturesque views all day long. Wake up early to catch the sunrise – it's beautiful! The house is extremely clean and very well laid out. The vibe is very bright and a nice alternative to a typical “cabin” feel. The entire family was extremely comfortable and cozy throughout our entire stay. One of the best features of this property is the location. Walking distance to the Winery and Pavilion. Very close to the back gate as well which provided us alternative routes to off property destinations without having to traverse down to the main gate every time. Our biggest regret is that we did not utilize the outside fire pit more often. Sitting around the fire and making S'mores together was a very “sweet” memory. Our family thoroughly enjoyed your mountain home. The cabin stay was just what we needed. The mountain views, overlooks and cabin were awesome. We had a little snow experience before the rain melted it away. It was my daughter's birthday, and she gave us some wonderful news... that she was pregnant with their first child. We had one of our best family vacations ever this weekend! It snowed probably a total of six inches or more since we have been here. The views are absolutely amazing from the house looking out over the mountains, especially with all the snow. It has been the perfect getaway for our family to just relax. We never left the property our entire time because it was just so peaceful here. Our boys, 8 and 6, loved the xbox game system and stayed in the loft the majority of our stay.
