ADDITIONAL NOTES
-This home is not pet friendly.  Thank you for not bringing pets to this home. 
-All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some -makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. 
-This home offers Beech Mountain Club guest access privileges.  Additional fees and transfer form will apply.  Based upon availability.  Reach out to our Reservations team for more information!  
-Check in is after 4pm
-Checkout by 10am
-Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. 
-No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
-Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
-No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
-4WD/AWD and/or chains required for all Beech Mountain homes during times of snow/ice- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. The driveway is uphill. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.

CANCELLATION POLICY - MODERATE:
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
