Welcome to your mountain escape at The Reserve at Sugar Mountain! Perched at an incredible 5,300 feet above sea level—the highest elevation on Sugar Mountain—this stunning ski-in/ski-out condo puts you just steps from the slopes and Summit Express lift. With sweeping views of Grandfather Mountain and Linville Gorge, you may find yourself spending as much time admiring the scenery as you do exploring the mountains!

After a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring the area, cozy up in the inviting living room and warm up by the gas fireplace. Settle in for a movie night, relax with a glass of wine, or simply take in the incredible mountain views.

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes to a relaxing dinner with the whole group. When it's time to recharge, the spacious primary suite offers mountain views, private deck access, a dedicated workspace, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub overlooking the mountains—the perfect spot to soak away the day's adventures.

With ski-in/ski-out access, breathtaking vistas, central AC, complimentary WiFi, and a great location, this mountain retreat has everything you need for an unforgettable Blue Ridge Mountain getaway.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- All linen and towels provided for your stay. 
- All BRMR homes offer kitchens stocked with all utensils, dishware and cookware needed to cook and enjoy meals. There is also a "starter set" of other essentials including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Please plan to bring any food or pantry items you wish to use. 
- Please note that this is a lower level unit accessed by external stairs.
- Roads are plowed in winter, but due to the elevation 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. We are happy to help you find the home with the access you are most comfortable with, any time of year!
- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this property. 
- Max of two (2) cars per unit are permitted at The Reserve. 
- Guests returning may receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.
- Grills are not permitted on the deck of the unit itself.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
