Escape to Summit One at Eagles Nest, a beautifully appointed mountain retreat where privacy, comfort, and incredible views come together. Set across four lots on the front side of the gated Eagles Nest community, this single-level home offers a wonderfully peaceful setting with plenty of room to relax and enjoy the mountains.

The heart of the home is an inviting open living space framed by large windows that bring the mountain scenery indoors. Settle in around the gas fireplace for a movie, step outside onto the deck, or gather in the spacious kitchen, where a large granite island provides plenty of room for preparing meals and casual conversation. Bar seating for four and a dining table for six make it easy to enjoy meals together.

On opposite sides of the home, two private king suites create comfortable retreats for couples traveling together. One offers its own gas fireplace and a luxurious bath highlighted by a spacious steam shower, while the second features a striking two-sided wood-burning fireplace that can also be enjoyed from the deck. Thoughtful touches throughout the suites provide plenty of space to unpack, unwind, and make yourself at home.

For added flexibility, a dedicated office provides a quiet place to catch up on work when needed and easily converts to an additional sleeping space with a Murphy bed.

Outside, the deck is made for lingering. Start the morning with coffee and mountain views, enjoy dinner in the fresh air, then settle in beside the wood-burning fireplace for a favorite movie on the outdoor TV. It’s an inviting space to enjoy from morning well into the evening.

Sleeping Accommodations
King Suite One – gas fireplace, TV, private bath with steam shower, and walk-in closet.
King Suite Two – TV, private bath, and double-sided wood-burning fireplace shared with the deck.
Office / Guest Room – Murphy bed with dedicated workspace and monitor.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays.  This is strictly enforced. 
 
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. The driveway is uphill and gravel.
- There is an included amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Firewood for the woodburning fireplace may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
