Step into the impressive great room, where a dramatic wall of windows brings the surrounding forest indoors and fills the space with natural light. After a day of mountain adventures, settle in around the modern gas fireplace on the oversized leather sectional and enjoy the TV with its dedicated soundbar.
The open-concept living area flows naturally into the expansive kitchen, making it easy to cook, dine, and spend time together. The kitchen features a granite island with seating for four, while the dining table accommodates eight. A convenient half bath and laundry room are also located on this level.
The primary king ensuite offers a peaceful private retreat with a flatscreen TV and soundbar, walk-in closet, and direct access to the deck. The spa-inspired bathroom features a soaking tub, tiled shower, and double granite vanity.

- Saturday & Sunday: 1:00 PM–7:00 PM
Important Guest Information
- Guests do not have access to the locked portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, Fitness Center, Sunset Lounge, locked Pickleball court in Great Camp, or Wine & Cigar Bar. These areas are reserved for members.
- A doorbell Ring security camera monitors the exterior of the home. No cameras are directed toward the interior of the home or the hot tub.
- This home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit can be added at booking or requested more than one week in advance. Two wrapped bundles of kiln-dried wood and a firestarter are $25 per night plus tax.
- The garage is reserved for owner use.
- AWD/4WD vehicles are required for all mountain homes during winter inclement weather. In heavy snow, chains may also be necessary. The driveway is paved with a gentle slope.
- Eagles Nest is a growing community, and construction is currently taking place in several neighborhoods. Construction noise may be heard Monday–Saturday from 7:00 AM–7:00 PM.
- An amenity fee is included with stays at Eagles Nest homes to support the community’s facilities and features.
- Guests are responsible for bringing their own recreational equipment, including basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, and similar items.
- Summer concerts are open to guests; admission is charged per person, with a cash bar available for food and drinks.
- Guests may not bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals, please visit Off Road Adventures.
