The condo features two well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a haven of comfort after a day of adventure. The queen suite is a retreat in itself, featuring a private en-suite bathroom and a tranquil ambiance. The second bedroom offers cozy accommodations with a full sized bed with a twin trundle and easy hall access to the adjacent bathroom, ensuring convenience and privacy for guests.
One of the highlights of this condo is its location within the enchanting Sugar Mountain community. Explore the beauty of the outdoors year-round, from hiking, golfing, tennis, and biking in the warmer months to skiing and snowboarding in the winter. Additional Notes:
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. 
- Towels and linens will be provided for you. 
- AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. 
- Parking space for up to 2 vehicles -- one vehicle in paved parking lot and one vehicle in overflow lot
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- Laundry Center is in building across parking lot. No cost, and key to access is located in the home.
- Guests returning to Sugar Nest may receive a discount of 10% to the room rent, not to be stacked with additional discounts to the rent.
