The well-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home-cooked meals, from a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator to a coffee maker, blender, kettle, and full set of dishes and utensils. A dining area and dining table provide a comfortable place to share meals and plan the next day’s adventures.

Additional Notes:
- IMPORTANT - All guests must go to our Banner Elk office before arriving to the property to pick up their card to access the community. If arriving to this office after hours, there will be a lockbox with your card inside. The card must be returned upon departure to avoid a $100 fine.
- All BRMR homes offer kitchens stocked with all utensils, dishware and cookware needed to cook and enjoy meals. There is also a "starter set" of other essentials including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided for you. Please plan to bring any food or pantry items you wish to use. 
- The Reserve II condos do not allow pets in rentals. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home. 
- Parking is limited to 2 vehicles maximum. 
- The town of Sugar Mountain requires AWD and/or tire chains in times of snow and ice. Please plan accordingly.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
