Please note that this is a lower level unit accessed by external stairs.
It is plowed in winter, but due to the elevation 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. We are happy to help you find the home with the access you are most comfortable with, any time of year!

Max of two (2) cars per unit are permitted at The Reserve.
Guests returning to Sugar Haven may receive a 5% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.
Grills are not permitted on the deck of the unit itself.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
