The spacious layout includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a charming loft with two twin beds, making it a comfortable choice for families or groups traveling together.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, granite countertops, and everything you need for meals at home. Central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi add modern convenience, while the smart drop zone provides an easy place to store coats, boots, and winter gear.

The location is especially appealing for outdoor enthusiasts. In winter, walk to the Sugar Mountain ski lodge for skiing, snow tubing, and ice skating. Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing your pets to this home.
- The roads to this property are paved and plowed in winter weather, however 4WD/AWD vehicles are required during times of inclement weather, with chains being recommended in times of heavy snow.
- There is parking for 2 vehicles.
- This home offers a well stocked kitchen with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm, and check out is by 10am.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
