Such Great Heights at Eagles Nest

Welcome to Such Great Heights, a beautifully designed mountain retreat tucked within the sought-after Springs of Eagles Nest. Just a short 10-minute drive to Beech Mountain and only 3 minutes from the amenities at Camp Eagles Nest, this home offers the perfect blend of relaxation, comfort, and convenience. Enjoy easy access to pickleball, basketball, and a playground, all while being surrounded by the peaceful beauty of the High Country.

Step inside to a warm and inviting main level where the living room welcomes you with an oversized sectional sofa, a gas log fireplace, and a smart TV mounted above the mantle. The space flows effortlessly into the kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a spacious island with seating for four. Nearby, the dining table comfortably seats six, making it easy to gather for meals and conversation. Just off the dining area, you’ll find a conveniently located laundry area and a half bath.

The main level also hosts the king ensuite, a relaxing private retreat complete with a ceiling fan, TV, and a spa-like bathroom featuring double granite vanities, a soaking tub, and a beautifully tiled shower.
Upstairs, a loft overlooks the living room below and provides a fun and casual gathering space with a pool table and comfortable seating. The upper level includes a queen ensuite with a TV, scenic views, granite counters, and a tiled shower. Down the hall, the bunk room offers a twin over queen bunk bed and a TV, with a full bathroom just outside in the hallway, also finished with granite countertops and a tiled shower.

Step outside onto the main-level deck to take in the fresh mountain air. This outdoor space extends the living area with comfortable seating, a second gas log fireplace, and a TV, making it perfect for relaxing evenings or game days in the mountains. Down on the grounds, a wood-burning fireplace surrounded by seating invites you to gather under the stars and enjoy the peaceful setting.

Such Great Heights is the ideal home base for your mountain getaway, offering thoughtful amenities, inviting spaces, and a prime location close to everything Eagles Nest and Beech Mountain have to offer.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays.  This is strictly enforced. 
 
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes and Rules:
•    Firewood for the firepit may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You'll receive two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
•    All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. 
•    This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
•    Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
•    Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
•    All rentals at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are subject to an amenity fee. Some amenities at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are seasonal and/or subject to certain hours of operation. 
•    Guests must supply their own sports equipment for use on the ball fields and sports courts. 
•    The Lodges at Eagles Nest offers a summer series of concerts open to all guests, with an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. 
•    Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods including the Vineyard Reserve. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
•    Check in is after 4pm
•    Checkout by 10am
•    Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. 
•    No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
•    Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
•    No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
•    4WD/AWD and/or chains required in times of snow or ice. In times of heavy snow, it may require both! The driveway is a slow, straight downhill to the home, but the community has paved roads with switchbacks and elevation changes. It is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
