The main level features a spacious king master suite with comfortable bedding, a large window overlooking the natural landscape, and access to a screened in porch. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and a good book! The queen bedroom is located upstairs, accessed via the spiral staircase. The upper level also features an open loft, which includes a desk and computer monitor for those who might need to work remotely (bring your own HDMI cord!), as well as a half bath.

- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- AWD and/or 4WD vehicles may be required in the winter months, November through April, or in times of inclement winter weather. Chains may also be necessary.
- Garage is available to park 1 vehicle in. The driveway can hold an additional 2-3 more small vehicles.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
