Welcome to Sky's The Limit.  This beautiful new home in the desirable Blue Ridge Mountain Club features four beautiful bedrooms, a hot tub, stunning mountain views, and a game room with foosball, shuffleboard, & ping pong - and so many more wonderful features!!

The living and dining areas feature vaulted ceilings and an enormous wall of windows that let in an abundance of natural light, creating an inviting and open ambiance. Cozy up by the fireplace in the living room on chilly evenings and put on your favorite movie. The open-concept gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with high-end appliances, granite countertops, and a large island for preparing meals and gathering with loved ones. Enjoy dining together at the 8-top table or at the 3 café chairs at the island.

Head downstairs to find a second living area with a marble surround gas fireplace, TV, shuffleboard, and live-edge café table. In the converted garage you’ll find a ping pong table, foosball, and an extra fridge!

The main level bedroom features a spacious king suite which is complete with a TV and ensuite bathroom with a beautiful marble shower. Downstairs, you'll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms – another King suite, a second King bedroom, and a bedroom with a Twin/Twin and Twin/Queen bunk sets. A third full bath is shared between the King and Bunks bedrooms. 
**Please note that the advertised maximum occupancy is based on community regulations requiring a maximum advertising of two adults per bedroom. Homes with bunk rooms, lofts, or additional sleeping areas may be able to accommodate slightly larger family groups with children under the care of accompanying adults. Sky's the Limit can accommodate 6 adults and 5 children in the bunk room.

Blue Ridge Mountain Club Construction Notice: 
BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home. Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week. New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed. 

Please read before booking:
All guests must go to the North Gate of BRMC to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the North Gate closing for the day (see details below).

The current gate hours are as follows:
Monday - Friday: 7am - 9pm
Saturday - Sunday: 8am - 9pm

A call box is available for guests arriving after hours, which will grant temporary access. Guests will need to visit the North Gate the following morning to collect your arrival packet. If you know you'll arrive later than 8:45pm, please contact the North Gate Team before arrival during open hours at 828.265.5065.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
- The Blue Ridge Mountain Club is a up-and-coming community with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. - Check in is after 4pm and Check out is by 10am EST
- There is paved parking at this home. Parking is limited to two standard vehicles. 
- Delivered firewood for the outdoor fireplace, may be added to your booking, up until 1 week in advance of your arrival.  You get two small dry kiln wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night plus tax. Please reach out with how many nights you would like to purchase.  
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not requesting an exception and for not bringing pets into this home.  
- The garage is not available for guest use.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. 
- All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee per booking in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
-UTV Rentals: Available exclusively through Appalachian UTV. Rentals can be booked online at https://www.appalachianutv.com/. Rental pickups are located at the Meadows Pool. NOTE: Guests may not bring UTV’s, ATV's or Dirtbikes to BRMC during their visit. Only UTV's available for rent from Appalachian UTV are permitted.
- Guests must remove their own trash to the community Dumpsters near the home's street. 

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
