Sip Sip Hooray is a 2 bed, 2.5 bath located in the Vineyard of Eagles Nest. This home is within walking distance to Eagles Nest Winery and is a great place to relax and enjoy a weekend getaway.

Please note that there is ongoing construction in the Vineyard neighborhood.

When entering the home, there is a beautiful kitchen, with immaculate granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Off from the kitchen, is a living room complete with a large fireplace and a tv to match.  Step out the living room doors onto the back deck and relax in the hot tub.  It's the perfect place to unwind as you look out over the gorgeous mountain views. The home also provides an EV charger for guest use.

When you want to retire to bed, you have a choice between a large king bed, as well as a large queen bed. Both bedrooms provide a view of the mountains, so mountainous views surround you everywhere. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The king bedroom comes complete with double, beautifully built sinks, and a detailed, tiled walk-in shower.

The additional bathroom has intricate granite countertops, with double sinks as well. This bathroom has a shower/tub combo, in case you want to soak and wind down after a busy day of hiking the Eagles Nest trails.

Each bedroom offers a large television perfect for cozying up and watching movies. The queen bedroom offers an 8-in-1 video arcade mounted on the wall for some retro fun! Sip Sip Hooray is a fantastic home to enjoy your vacation with friends and loved ones.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays.  This is strictly enforced. 

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
 

Additional Notes:
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. 
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. 
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. 
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- There is enough parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. 
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- This is not a pet friendly home. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home. 
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

This house was perfect for just the two of us. Kudos to the hosts on the kitchen being well stocked. One of the best we have stayed in. BRMR was very accommodating for the few issues we had. Especially, being a holiday weekend. Thank you BRMR.

This place was wonderful! Very well-stocked kitchen! Comfortable, clean, and hot tub ready for use. Walking distance to winery, where we enjoyed live music, food and of course, wine. Staff at the winery were very friendly. Loved the fire pits at the winery as well. Our only hiccup was we were not given the gate code before check in. When I messaged the agent, they said it was given in the pre-check in email, but it was not (only house code provided). Rather than just providing the code at that time, I had to go back to double check email with no luck. So I had to message them again to ask for it which took time with back and forth as the response is not immediate. Other than that, the entire experience/getaway was amazing! Will def come back and stay here again even with the hiccup. (Please note that the gate codes were included in the pre-arrival email in the same section as the door code, but was unfortunately missed by the guest - BRMR).

The home is very clean, well maintained and has a great view. the check in was simple and the owner gave good directions. My only hesitation is that this property is about 20 minutes up a very windy road from the entrance to the community. It is just a long way out and back to get anywhere. For peace a quiet the place is great,

We enjoyed our stay at Sip Sip Hooray. Nice furnishings and guest amenities. Luggage racks are a great addition. Also, having cable TV service was great as another home we previously stayed in only had streaming options.

Loved the Sip Sip Hooray! Fantastic experience! We stayed at Sip Sip Hooray and it was wonderful...a relaxing, quiet, beautiful cabin with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The whole process was easy and the cabin was in a great location very close to the winery. We'll definitely be back and will stay at the Sip Sip Hooray again.
