The house was wonderful catering to all of our needs. The basement had additional sleeping space for the kids as well as a large game room making it a perfect place to be for all ages.

Seven Devils Sunrise was a great place to stay for a family trip to Hawksnest. We could look down on the slopes from the front porch. The house was really nice and clean - important because we had a toddler and a crawler. There were small touches all around the house to help with the kids, and everyone had a great time! Shortly after we arrived, someone from the rental agency stopped by because the gas logs remote needed a new battery, he replaced it and made sure it was working. I appreciated the attention to detail. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. We had an adult sleeping in the basement, I was worried the bunk bed would be awful, but it was pretty decent. The beds upstairs were all very comfy. We would absolutely stay here again!

House was great for our two-family New Year’s stay. Very clean and well stocked. The game room was a great bonus. It was an easy drive to Sugar Mountain to Ski and the cute town of Elk Banner. It’s a really great location and nice house. Loved the views. Overall we had a really great stay.

Our family of six had an excellent trip and great time in this rental home. Cozy, clean, and comfortable with perfect views overlooking the tubing park and valley below. This home had fun activities inside and was incredibly convenient to tubing. Every need was anticipated. Tears were shed when it was time to leave…now just looking forward to next time!

Property is convenient to Sugar Mountain, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, and Boone. The house is comfy and cozy, and check-in/out was convenient. We would definitely stay again in the future!

We had a great experience. We had a minor issue but it was resolved very promptly. The hot water heater went out. We know this was an unexpected incident and not the fault of anyone. However the response was FANTASTIC! The Operations gentleman arrived quickly, assessed the situation, went to get supplies and fixed the hot water heater issue within hours so we could all get hot showers. I received quick responses and was kept up to date at all times. I appreciate that so much. It tells me the host cares about their guest. The house worked fantastic for the people in our party. We had 3 generations so it was nice to have the downstairs area for the young adults to enjoy. The ping pong table was a hit. Everyone loved playing! Would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our needs - we had 2 families of 4 staying there. The kids LOVED the basement (ping pong, foosball, and darts plus a bunk bed and futon). The older kids liked the room with the 2 twin beds. The couples had the king & queen rooms. Overall the layout/setup was what we were looking for. Beds & pillows were comfortable. The house was the cleanest rental I think we've ever stayed in. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes/cookware. Coffee maker is a Keurig. There is a very nice & large laundry room/pantry off the kitchen that was extremely helpful to have. The 2 fireplaces (basement & living room) were quite cozy and the porch overlooking the mountains was everything it describes. If you look down from the porch, you can see Hawks Nest. The driveway has plenty of space for 2, possibly 3 vehicles. The rental company was very quick to communicate with us when we reached out and fully addressed any inquiries as fast as they could with proper follow up. Note - The house sits high on the mountain, if you go in the winter, you will absolutely need AWD or 4WD.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this home. The views are great and the home offers privacy at the end of the street. Would definitely recommend. If you're going when it is snowing, you'll need a 4wd.
