Serenity Overlook at The Reserve

Ready to hit the upper slopes or relax on the deck enjoying the mountain view? Serenity Overlook is a beautiful 2 bedroom condo in The Reserve atop Sugar Mountain. The home is near Banner Elk with proximity to Blowing Rock, Boone, Appalachian State university, restaurants, and shopping. Grandfather Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway are within a 15 minute drive.

The Reserve offers paved, flat parking for easy access. Down one flight of stairs you'll find the entrance to Serenity Overlook. Once inside, the long range views off the deck will immediately catch your eye. The living and dining areas allow you to watch the mountains while enjoying time with friends and family. The dining table is set for four, with additional chairs including 2 at the bar. The kitchen has sleek, black granite countertops and newer stainless steel appliances. A standard coffee pot is ready to kick start your morning. The large basin sink and dishwasher make cleanup a breeze!

The living room sofa pulls out to a queen sized sleeper sofa, and several chairs surround the gas fireplace and large screen TV with basic cable. Open the sliding door and enjoy the cool mountain air. Table and chairs give you a place to dine al fresca or just relax with a glass of wine.

Serenity Overlook has two bedrooms and two full baths.

The King Suite has its own deck access with the best of the views.   This bedroom has a TV and attached bathroom. The bath has a large soaking tub, double vanity, and a tiled shower with glass door.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and TV. There is a second full bath with a tub/shower combo that opens to both the bedroom and the living area.

Additional Notes
* NO PETS PLEASE!  This community does not allow guests to bring pets.  Thank you for not bringing animals to this home.  
* This is a lower level unit accessed by external stairs.
* All linen and towels provided for your stay
* Check In is after 4pm, checkout by 10am.
* Max of two (2) cars are permitted at The Reserve
* All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. 
* Main roads are plowed in winter, but guests should come prepared with AWD or 4WD vehicles between November-March, and chains may also be necessary during inclement weather. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. 

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
