The deluxe kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and spacious island seating making food preparation or gathering for board games a breeze. - CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
-Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.

- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- This home is pet friendly. Two mature, well-trained dogs allowed with an additional $25 per day, per dog fee.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- Guests can enjoy easy to access roads leading to and from the home however, AWD or 4WD vehicles may be required in the winter months or in times of inclement weather. Chains may also be necessary.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
