The main-level king bedroom provides easy access and a restful retreat, while the upper level includes a king suite with a daybed and a queen bedroom with a daybed. The lower-level bunkroom adds extra flexibility for larger groups, making this home as practical as it is inviting.

Inside, guests can enjoy a welcoming living area anchored by a fireplace, comfortable furnishings, and warm mountain charm. The fully equipped kitchen makes mealtime a breeze with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dining space, kitchen island, and a Keurig coffee maker for easy mornings. High-speed WiFi, Smart TV entertainment, central heating and air conditioning, washer and dryer, fresh linens, and towels round out the comforts of home.

The fun continues in the game room, where a pool table creates the perfect spot for friendly competition. Step outside to take in the big mountain views from the deck, unwind in the hot tub, or gather around the outdoor fireplace on the covered deck and down the stone path to the fire pit as the sun sets over the ridgeline. A gas grill and outdoor dining area make it easy to enjoy meals al fresco, while the EV charger (Level 2 charger) and backup power generator add welcome convenience and peace of mind.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays.  This is strictly enforced. 
Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

 Additional Notes:
- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- STAYED WITH US BEFORE? Repeat guests to this home are offered a 5% room rent discount (not stackable with other discounts).  Reach out for more info! 
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains will be necessary to access this home in winter months. 
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- ELECTRIC VEHICLE FRIENDLY! This home provides a Level 2 Electric Vehicle charger for guests to use.  
- The owners use outdoor surveillance cameras to ensure that their home remains safe. No cameras monitor the inside rooms of the home
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You'll receive two bundles of firewood for $25/night plus tax.

CANCELLATION POLICY -  Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
