Enjoy three fireplaces, two king ensuites, a built-in grill, a well-stocked high-end kitchen, two family rooms and two large outdoor seating areas in this three bedroom, three and a half bath home. Located in the desired North Pavilion area of Eagles Nest, Positive Altitude is just steps away from the outdoor sports courts, a large community fire pit, dog park, hiking trails, and a 2 minute drive to the Eagles Nest Winery.
 

While enjoying your stay at Positive Altitude, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each

HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p.  Sat & Sun 1p-7p

Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older.  This is strictly enforced. 

 

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
 

Additional Notes:
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. 
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an included amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are not allowed to bring ATV/UTVs to the community.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing any pets to this home.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

We enjoyed our new year's vacation at this home. It was clean, and well cared for. It had all of the items we needed and then some. We can't wait to go back and take advantage of even more of the amenities offered at the resort.

We just stayed at Positive Altitude this past weekend and it was spectacular. The house was impeccable, the decor was well thought out and top of the line. The house was extremely clean and well kept. We had never been to the area but feel this house embodies the rustic, beautiful feel of being in the smoky mountains with a hearty dose of luxury. Amenities were outstanding. Couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. 10/10 would recommend.
