Welcome to Peek-a-Boo Lodge, a warm and inviting mountain retreat nestled in the coveted Lodges at Eagles Nest community. Offering beautiful views, generous indoor and outdoor living spaces, and an exceptional location, this contemporary log home gives you the best of both worlds. Downtown Banner Elk is less than 10 minutes away, while Epic Chophouse and the incredible Great Camp amenities within Eagles Nest are also less than 10 minutes from the home. It’s an ideal setting for family vacations, weekend getaways, and memorable mountain escapes.

Step inside to a spacious great room featuring tongue-and-groove cathedral ceilings, wood floors, and a striking floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. Expansive windows fill the home with natural light while showcasing impressive mountain views, creating a cozy and welcoming space to relax after a day of exploring the High Country.

The thoughtful layout includes two generous primary suites on the main level, both with direct deck access. Downstairs, guests will find an additional bedroom, a full bathroom, and a den with foosball and plenty of space to unwind, play games, or gather together.

Outside, generous decking provides the perfect place to take in the mountain scenery, enjoy your morning coffee, or relax in the fresh mountain air. Set on a private 1.5-acre property surrounded by mature landscaping, Peek-a-Boo Lodge also features stone steps leading to an inviting fire pit—perfect for cool mountain evenings and making memories under the stars.

Guests can also enjoy the outstanding amenities offered throughout The Lodges at Eagles Nest. The Great Camp amenities are less than a 10-minute drive from Peek-A-Boo Lodge, making it easy to take advantage of the community’s many activities and gathering spaces. Enjoy walking trails, live music venue, tennis and pickleball courts, sports fields, hiking trails, and a dog park. You’ll also be less than 10 minutes from Epic Chophouse, making dinner out especially convenient without having to leave the Eagles Nest community.

With downtown Banner Elk less than 10 minutes away, you’ll have quick access to local restaurants, shopping, and everything this charming mountain town has to offer. Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain are also just a short drive away, putting skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and year-round High Country adventures within easy reach.

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays.  This is strictly enforced. 

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
Please note that this property absolutely does not permit pets anywhere in or on the premises at any time including outdoor spaces. Bona fide service animals as prescribed by a medical professional may be permitted, and the presence of a service animal must be disclosed prior to check-in. Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a crime under North Carolina law. Guests who bring a pet to a no-pet home will be subject to a non-refundable $750 fee to reimburse the owner for wrongful use of their home as well as compensate for removing pet hair and dander and clean carpets and upholstery.

If any pets are discovered during your tenancy including via security camera or observation of neighbors or BRMR staff, your credit card on file will be charged for the above-mentioned fee.
- Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge. That is for member use only.
- Guests are not allowed to bring ATV's into this community.
- Firewood for the indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman's Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- 4WD required for winter months
- Guests returning to Peek-a-Boo Lodge may receive a discount for returning. Please reach out to our team for details!
- All linens and towels provided 
- All Eagles Nest homes have an included amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities  
- All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.


CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
