Overlook Estate in The Farm

This is a beautiful home with wonderful views, a convenient location to Banner Elk and is as described by BRMR. The Bedrooms with large full baths offer privacy for several couples or large families while common areas provide viewing and dining for everyone. Kitchen has everything for a quick snack to a gourmet meal for an entire family. The home was spotless! The gated community is hilly but a huge common area at the entrance offers play area for children and walking for others You won't be disappointed by this home. Having rented thru Blue Ridge in the past this is a first class company with excellent customer service.

We loved staying at the Overlook Estate. The house was perfect for our two families. The location was great and in close proximity to everywhere we needed to be. We book quite a bit through BRMR and this has been our favorite!

Recently enjoyed our stay at the Overlook Estate, a beautiful property just outside of downtown Banner Elk. Plenty of room with wonderful amenities which our crew of fly fishermen enjoyed immensely whether it was the well appointed game room, the perfectly equipped kitchen or the deck and its gorgeous fireplace. If you have a large group and enjoy treating yourself to the finest, you will love this luxurious mountain home.

It was a magical time in a magical place. The house was as beautiful and as well cared for as the pictures. We had 7 adults, three young children and an infant and there was plenty of room. Close to downtown Banner Elk - walking distance - and grocery stores. A beautiful pavilion in the neighborhood for the children to play as well as a great playground in downtown Banner Elk.

We usually stay on top of banner elk and have to drive up and down the mountain to get to stores and dinner and what not…this time we stayed at the bottom before beech mountain in this gorgeous home with plenty to do and amazing views!!! Perfect location and perfect house!! We will be staying here again for sure!

We do an annual trip for my husbands birthday. 10 adults. It's tough to find a place that suits us perfectly. This home is it! The bedrooms are spaced far enough you feel comfy in your own space and the gathering places such as kitchen and family and game rooms are large enough to accommodate. The TV's worked great too as we had sports events on almost all of them. The kitchen was well stocked with just about anything you need. Stores are close by as well so the location is convenient yet you feel the beauty of the scenery around you. The hot tub was a hit on the huge outside deck. And the decor is spot on. You just couldn't ask for a better place to spend a long weekend with friends.

This house is everything you want from your home away from home. It is completely furnished with everything you need from cooking to entertaining. We never felt like we needed to leave. It's big enough that you are never crowded. We look forward to coming back.

We had the best time staying in this wonderful house! Everything was top notch and in good working condition. The views are outstanding! Saw several deer from the wrap around balcony. This house met our expectations in every way. It was clean, attractive and nicely laid out for our group of 8 ladies. We liked being in a gated community with easy access to golf and dining. It was incredibly quiet inside and quite peaceful. Enjoyed it so much we have booked a week for 2022.

Our stay at Overlook Estate was perfect in every way. We have stayed in the Banner Elk area for a month during the past five years. We have used several rental property agencies during that time, but Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals was the very best in service and attention to detail. I would rate them a 10, while prior agencies, by comparison, would be rated around. 7.5. We will return to Overlook Estate next year. We had a most awesome stay at Overlook estate! The cabin is spacious and gorgeous. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots to keep us busy.The cabin is just beautiful down to every last detail. The views from the decks are amazing and we enjoyed watching the 4th of July fireworks. Any question or concern we had was promptly addressed by Amy from Blue Ridge Mountain Rentals. We can't wait to return and spend more time in North Carolina at the Overlook Estate.

The location of this property was perfect -- situated on a mountainside with beautiful views and a quick 5 minute drive to restaurants and stores. The house itself was clean with so many games for keeping a large group entertained. I also liked all the separate living spaces for a large group. We would definitely recommend this home to friends and family!

We had a wonderful trip with 4 families with young children. We were amazed at how easy it was to have the kids entertained in the downstairs playroom with all the gaming options - arcade, air hockey, and foosball. The floor plan was great for our needs and the mountain view speaks for itself. We also thought the community was lovely and so convenient to everything we wanted to access in the area. Beautiful property with the most amazing views from all over the house! The home is just gorgeous, but the view is spectacular! We loved the fireplace and hot tub on the balcony overlooking the mountain view. The home is secluded yet within perfect distance to local grocery stores and gas stations.

We had the most amazing time at Overlook Estate in Banner Elk, NC! It was such a stunning, gorgeous home with the most breathtaking views. It was clean and fit our large family's needs perfectly space wise. We all loved the pool table and hot tub, not to mention the beautiful fireplaces that we used everyday. It was the perfect mountain getaway for South Floridians! The only thing we would have enjoyed more is if we got sow! Thank you for everything! Could not have stayed at a better place. From the comfort of the house to the views, it was a wonderful experience. For 14 years a group of high school buddies have been coming to Banner Elk to play golf at Sugar Mountain. And while we have stayed at some nice places, NONE can hold a candle to Overlook Estate. We will be reserving it for next year!
