Step inside to soaring vaulted ceilings, dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, and a cozy stacked-stone gas fireplace—the perfect backdrop for slow mornings, family movie nights, and relaxing after a full day of exploring. The well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to whip up everything from pancake breakfasts to family dinners, with seating for six at the dining table plus four spots at the breakfast bar. There’s even a wine fridge for keeping your favorite bottles chilled.

Downstairs is where the friendly competition begins! The game room is ready for family tournaments with foosball, shuffleboard, board games, and plenty of comfortable seating for movie nights and hangouts.

When the mountain weather is calling, take your pick of two furnished decks. Sip your morning coffee surrounded by fresh mountain air, settle in for an afternoon of conversation, or wind down together after another adventure-filled day.

Three comfortable bedrooms - one on each floor - give everyone a place to recharge, while conveniences like free Wi-Fi, central A/C, a private washer and dryer, and a dishwasher make family vacations feel a little more effortless. 

Best of all, you’ll be within easy driving distance of some of the area’s favorite adventures. Go snow tubing or ziplining at Seven Devils, spend a day skiing at Beech or Sugar Mountain, explore Grandfather Mountain, or head into Banner Elk for shopping and dining. Waterfalls, hiking trails, golf, restaurants, and more are all nearby.

From foosball face-offs and movie marathons to ski days, waterfall hikes, and evenings by the fire, this mountain getaway has something for the whole crew.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & NOTES 
- This property does not include access to the Yonahlossee Racquet Club amenities. 
- The property is equipped with motorized blinds on some windows. These blinds offer single-touch button operation and are for adult use only. The blinds are checked before each guests and if they are found damaged upon departure, a $1,000 repair cost will be charged. 
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. 
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home or requesting an exception to the rules.
