Moonlight Manor

A great place to stay for an extended ski weekend. Peaceful and relaxing for the non-skiers. 38 min commute for those going to Beech Mountain. All the amenities you could ask for even if you never left the house. Great place to entertain the entire family. When the mission was to get the whole family from different parts of the state all together under one roof, this was the place to do it!

The cabin was amazing. As much as we enjoyed the view, the game room was the biggest hit with our family. We really enjoyed our time together in this beautiful cabin.

4/5 Overall we had a great time and this is a beautiful home. I do believe more attention to the game room and outside areas would have earned an excellent rating. The outdoor furniture and deck needed attention. The game room had lots of cobwebs, a used bandaid, and the TV was broken. The main floor would not cool down during the day. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were wonderful. I greatly appreciated the supplies the property included! (Please note that this feedback has been shared with our team to address. - mgt)

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was fresh and clean. The amenities were wonderful-- no need to leave the property! We especially loved the pristine new hot tub and played many games of pool. Two large decks provided ample space for relaxing and taking in the wonderful mountain air...ahhh.

Spent a week in the home, well set up, clean and all as advertised. Really enjoyed the hot tub and kids had a great time in the game room. Home set up great, all had place to retreat too and areas large enough to be together. Kitchen has everything you need. Hill is pretty steep getting to home but no issue for our truck.

We've stayed at many rental homes through VRBO, and this one was by far the cleanest home we've ever rented. Even though a cleaning fee was included in our payment, we left a tip for the house cleaner because she truly did an excellent job! We loved the hot tub and game room, and we relaxed each night by the fireplace. We would love to stay there again whenever we're back in that area.

Moonlight Manor was simply perfect for our families of three. It’s very spacious and plenty room for our grands to hang out. The kitchen is stock with all your cooking needs. The beds are extra soft. The master bedroom is huge along with the down stairs living area. I loved the gas fire placed all push button so fancy. They look so real . The game room topped it off for our three grands to play. They loved walking the many hills that surround the house. This house is very close to Boone and Blowing Rock for shopping and dining. I would love to come back here again. I highly recommend. It’s a gem inside.
