We were pleased with Meagan's Loft. Plenty of room for everyone and loved the big kitchen and nice appliances.The beds were comfortable.The icemaker bucket had a solid block of ice in it. Had to toss and start over again. Only complaint I had.Enjoyed our stay

Cabin was sweet, but a little out dated on the décor. Regarding the game room in the basement, darts for the dart board -broken, house needs new darts. Cold in the basement and the larger space heater did not work. The music system along the wall by the pool table was in the way! Made it very hard to play pool. The basement could be rearranged better to enjoy the games. A new paint color wouldn't hurt either.

My friends and I had a wonderful time and everyone in our group of 8 loved Megan's loft. We all agreed that it was the perfect stay for our weekend trip. This home was amazing I fully enjoyed it. I was impressed with the view. Really enjoyed the hot tub and at night getting snowed on. Location was perfect Only thing I could suggest is a better ignition system for the fire place and better mattress for master bedroom it was very firm.

Everything was great! The house is super cozy - exactly what we hoped for in a mountain vacation home. The views were breathtaking (better than the pics!). The game room was amazing for the kiddos (and the adult kids too!). It was so nice to be able to do laundry. :) There were tons of gorgeous hiking spots nearby... we went on a hike everyday. Our kids loved all of the adventures! Grandfather mountain was so fun with the cd guide as you drive to the hiking spot. Then the swinging bridge and mountain peak was like nothing else. Linville Falls was spectacular. We went to Boone one night for dinner. There's just so much nearby to do, yet the house itself makes it feel like you're fairly secluded IN the mountains. The porch wraps almost all the way around the house - perfect for taking in the 360 views. The adults drank coffee by the fireplace while the kids enjoyed playing throughout the house. All in all, it was a perfect mountain getaway for these 2 Florida beach families. Highly recommend!

The only issue we had was that the oven did not work. They company sent a maintenance worker out but he could not fix it. 5 moms snuck away for the weekend to enjoy some wine, snow tubing and great food. Meagan’s Loft was the perfect spot to accommodate. The convenience to Hawksnest for snow tubing, local wineries and dining (Stonewalls is a must!) was just right. The only suggestion we have is knocking down the corner cobwebs and some dusting but all else was great. We loved the porch, hot tub, views and the snow that fell overnight to enjoy before we left.

This house was really nice and very close to Hawksnest snow tubing. Also not far from shopping and restaurants. The location felt private and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. We would just suggest to bring extra towels. They give one towel and washcloth per person. There were some dirty towels in the hamper when we arrived and only a tiny bit of handsoap in our bathroom, which is why I rated 4 on cleanliness, but everything else was really nice. We were also unable to get sound on the tv. It was hooked up through the stereo but wouldn’t work. I called and no one called me back. The kids were wanting to watch tv at night. We did use the stereo though and that was nice to have. The fireplace was also great. The set up of the house and bedrooms were something we really liked too.

We loved spending time together in this cozy loft. Everyone had their own space, and loved the open plan for the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Basement was a bit scary. HOT tub was HOT! Which we needed after those long days on the slopes! Loved this spot.

We all came to Boone for the ASU homecoming weekend. The of the five of us are alumni (classes of 99,00,02. Ben's sister is a freshman this year at ASU. The house is beautiful!!! We love the fireplace and the wrap around porch.

What a family trip. We shared your home with another family from church. 2 little ones in each family. What fun they had, we took them hiking, and saw 6 deer and 12 wild turkeys. They loved all the leaves and even sled down the drive way. The dads went trout fish and caught over 60 trout! We girls go to do some Christmas shopping! You have a beautiful home and loved our stay!

What a beautiful spot you have here! Thank you for sharing it with us. It was the perfect meet-in-the-middle spot for our two families. We also enjoyed awesome but unusual weather - Saturday it was 65 degrees and we hiked in short sleeves. Sunday we woke up to snow and a high of 35 with incredible wind. Today its back up to about 60 and we woke up top of the clouds. What a view, it was to watch them rise out of the valley! Thank you again for opening your house up to us. We sincerely appreciate it

Yes, we came back! This is the 2nd time that we stayed a whole week in your beautiful cabin. This time was in summer, nice weather, sunshine everyday, very good at water entertainments. This area is really wonderful.
