Welcome to Mama's Mountain Place! This log cabin, custom built with love and intention poured into every choice, is the long-awaited result of a dream shared between a mama and her adult children. Today, the cabin ready to be shared with you and your loved ones! 

Sleeping Accommodations:
This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 additional private sleeping area and 1 semi-private sleeping area.
Main Level: Primary Queen Room with private full bathroom,
Upper Level: Two Queen Rooms each with a private full bath
Lower Level: King Room, Queen Room, Rec Room has Twin over Twin bunk and Trundle, shared bathroom

PET FRIENDLY HOME!  Mama's Mountain Place welcomes a max of two well trained mature dogs, 50lbs and under, for an additional pet rent charge of $25/night per pet plus tax. 

Ample space for your family and group!  The lower level has inviting seating with a large TV, electric fireplace for both ambience and warmth.  A cute rustic twin xl over twin xl bunkbed with stow away twin trundle.  Foosball for the young at heart and a high top table for a friendly game of cards, or to sit and chat over a warm beverage together.  

Head outside on that same lower level to relax a bit under cover, in the hot tub with an overhead fan to circulate that mountain breeze. 

Trek down a bit to the pond, located just down from the home.  

Mama's Mountain Place has the right balance of entertainment and relaxation for a great family getaway! 

ADDITIONAL NOTES
• All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
• Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
• 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
• Firewood may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. 
• The owner of this home uses an exterior front door camera to monitor the entry & parking area and ensure it remains safe. No cameras are pointed at the hot tub, firepit, or other gathering places and there are no interior cameras. 

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

The place had beautiful views from the decks. The higher altitude may the temperatures comfortable to sit outdoors while it was in the 90's F in town.

Five teachers walk into a gorgeous cabin a few days after the end of a school year...
What was to be a glorious girls' trip, turned out to be just that! Mama's Mountain Place is a beautiful cabin tucked into the woods. It has a rustic, cabin feel with upscale decor. On the surface it is gorgeous! After the first night, there was an issue with some sheets showing that they had not been looked over before new guests arrived and the management quickly took care of that issue. When we went to clean up a small water spill on the kitchen floor, we noticed it wasn't freshly cleaned. We mentioned that to management and decided not to have them come clean it while we were there. I hope there was a deep clean after we left. I always expect a CLEAN RENTAL...knowing that price is a factor when booking, I expect that and do wish the cabin was a bit cleaner on a deeper level. However, our girls' trip was absolutely fantastic regardless of those small issues.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb and would definitely come back. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and everything I needed was easily accessible, from kitchen essentials to fresh towels.
The location was also a big plus, with convenient access to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions. It felt safe and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day.
The host was responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear, and any questions I had were answered quickly.

We had such a great stay at Mama’s Mountain Place! The house is beautiful but still feels super comfortable and homey, with plenty of space for everyone to relax.We went skiing during the day and loved coming back to the hot tub at night—it was the perfect way to unwind. The game room was also a big hit, especially the foosball table!One of the best parts was the location. It was close enough to town for easy shopping on a rainy day, but still felt peaceful and tucked away.Overall, it was such a fun and relaxing trip. We’d definitely come back!

The house is beautiful. Rooms are smaller than the pictures, the pond is a good distance away and the hot water never really got hot but overall, my family had a wonderful time. The children loved the bunks in the playroom and the views were spectacular.

The house isn’t very well insulated against noise. The downstairs metal ceiling tiles rattled something terrible with people walking overhead. Would have been nice to have some closet space in the bedrooms especially the primary bedroom. No good space to unpack your clothes. Also the pump in the downstairs bathroom is extremely loud when running water in the sink and flushing the toilet. Woken up in the night when someone was using the bathroom. Not very much hot water for showers. Beds a bit firm. Also need some window coverings. Overall the decor was lovely and fit our group well. The noise factor was the issue. Thank you!
