Description
Bring the entire family to this memory builder, nestled in the prestigious Eagle's Nest Development outside of Banner Elk.  This gorgeous four bedroom, three and half bath beauty is not called Longview for no reason, it has the views of Mount Mitchell and Roan Mountain to back it up.  This home features two gorgeous master suites each with a king bed, one on the main floor and one on the lower level.  In addition, you will find two nice size rooms on the upper floor, featuring queen size beds and one twin in each bedroom.  This home sleeps up to eight adults and two children.  The gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.  The lower level also features a pool table and foosball table for a family fun tournament.  If that's not your enjoyment, you could cuddle up by the fire upstairs in front of the fireplace with a book or for a nice visit.  Along with a new home, comes new furnishings throughout with impeccable taste and style.  This home is sure to be a family favorite with it's hot tub and fire pit as well.  Build your mountain memories at Longview at Eagle's Nest!

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays.  This is strictly enforced. 

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.


Additional Notes:
 - Firewood may be added at time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. 
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities. 
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided.
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY - 
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. 
Bookings canceled within 59 days of the arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. 
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

This house was better than I expected and I expected a lot. The master bathroom's heated floor was amazing and a first experience for me. My friends and I sat out late at night watching for shooting stars and managed to see over 10 in one night. Highly recommend!! Steep roads going through the neighborhood so make sure to bring a vehicle that can handle it!

My family of 4 (2 adults, a 12 yo and a 10 yo) stayed here for a week. We had the best time. The kids enjoyed playing pool and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The views from the house are gorgeous. Everything we needed was provided, and the kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook. We'd definitely stay here again.

The house was very nice and had incredible views. The hot tub was used quite a bit!!! We would certainly go back. A wood burning fireplace, instead of gas logs, would have been nice.

5/5 Winter Wonderland My family of five enjoyed our stay at the Eagle Nest. The home was a reasonable drive from downtown Banner Elk. The ride up the mountain was beautiful, however may be a little intimidating for someone inexperienced in mountain driving. It snowed our first night stay which added to the beauty of the mountain view. This home provided all the amenities and more. The bedding was super soft. We loved the experience and hope to be back soon.

We had an amazing stay at Longview for my wife's 35th birthday. The property is beautiful, well taken care of, clean, with an incredible view. Having access to all that the Eagles Nest has to offer was very nice as well, kids loved the playground and hike to a waterfall. Would highly recommend this property to others.

We had an amazing stay at Longview for my wife’s 35th birthday. The property is beautiful, well taken care of, clean, with an incredible view. We stayed here for one week over the New Year holiday with my elementary school age kids and my in-laws (7 people total). The house was a perfect size for us. Plus, new & very clean. We were impressed with not only the house itself, but also the views and the community amenities. The management company was very responsive when we had any questions or concerns. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

The home was very nice. We enjoyed the privacy of the road and little to no traffic. It was super quiet and the home is literally brand new. Appliances are awesome. The ice maker is a great addition as it is a high end maker that allows us to use a lot of ice daily for small coolers for hiking. The table and kitchen are really neat and allow all open conversations while folks are cooking and watching TV during meal times.
