Nestled in the Village of Eagles Nest, Llama Creek Cabin is a stunning mountain retreat that offers the perfect blend of comfort and modern luxury. The great room welcomes guests with a warm gas fireplace, a leather sofa, and cozy chairs for ample seating, all centered around a flat-screen TV mounted above the mantle. Vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings enhance the open and airy feel of the space. The open-concept kitchen features a spacious granite island with seating for four, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space, accented by a vibrant green tiled backsplash. A dining table for eight ensures there is room for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together.

The main level boasts two king ensuites, each thoughtfully designed for relaxation. The first suite offers deck access, a smart TV, and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub, a tiled shower, and a double granite vanity. The second king ensuite includes a smart TV, scenic window views, and a beautifully tiled shower with granite counters and a double vanity. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms provide comfortable accommodations. The queen suite features a smart TV, window views, and a bathroom with a tiled shower and granite counters. The bunk ensuite is perfect for kids or extra guests, offering two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a smart TV, and a private bath with a tiled shower and granite counters. The loft serves as a secondary living area with a cozy chaise lounge, an oversized beanbag chair, a TV, and an air hockey table for entertainment, and it includes a built-in gate at the top for added safety.

Outdoor living is just as inviting, with a spacious deck featuring a gas fireplace, relaxing hot tub, sectional seating, a dining table for six, and a charcoal grill (BYOCharcoal), making it the perfect spot to relax and take in the fresh mountain air. Whether gathering around the fire, enjoying a meal, or simply unwinding after a day of adventure, Llama Creek Cabin offers a truly unforgettable mountain experience.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays.  This is strictly enforced. 

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
 
Additional Notes:
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
- Though the driveway is level, 4WD may be required to enter the community in times of snow or ice, and chains may also be necessary. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.
- All linens and towels provided.
- All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. 
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. 
- Check in is after 4pm
- Checkout by 10am
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. 
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. 
- Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. 
- Host is not responsible for items left in the home. 

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
