Step inside to soaring tongue-and-groove ceilings, warm wood finishes, and an impressive floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace that anchors the great room. The fully equipped kitchen opens seamlessly to the dining area and living room, making it easy to prepare meals while staying connected with family and friends. Whether you're sharing breakfast before a day of adventure or gathering around the table for game night, the open-concept layout was designed for spending quality time together. When it's time for a little friendly competition, head downstairs to the game room where you'll find a full-size pool table and plenty of space to relax. 

Sleeping arrangements: 
Main Level: Bedroom with 2 twins
Main Level: Bedroom with queen bed
Upper Level: Mater suite with king bed. 
Upper Level: Cozy loft with futon (can sleep 2)
Lower Level: One twin-over-double bunkbed

Surrounded by nature and beautiful rolling mountains, it's the perfect setting to disconnect from everyday life and reconnect with the people who matter most. Whether you're planning a family vacation, couples' retreat, golf weekend, or a trip to enjoy the Blue Ridge Mountains in every season, this welcoming cabin offers the perfect balance of comfort, entertainment, and mountain serenity.

Additional Notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night. 
- Stayed with us before? Repeat guests returning to Lions Den Cabin can receive a 10% room rent discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. 
- This home is pet friendly. Two mature, well-trained dogs allowed with an additional $25 per day, per dog fee. 
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Guests can enjoy easy to access roads leading to and from the home however, AWD or 4WD vehicles may be required in the winter months or in times of inclement weather. Chains may also be necessary. 
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
