With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 12 guests, this spacious retreat blends comfort, style, and easy access to the best of the High Country.

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older with the exception of Sundays.  This is strictly enforced. 

Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.

Additional Notes:
- Please note this home has parking space for up to 3 vehicles max.
- This home allows 2 mature well-trained dogs for an additional rent of $25 per night per pet plus tax. 
- Firewood may be added by at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a fire starter for $25/night.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. 
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. 
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- All linens and towels provided for your stay.

•    Check in is after 4pm
•    Checkout by 10am
•    Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. 
•    No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
•    Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
•    No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. Quiet hours begin at 10pm.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 31+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-30 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
