Description
Kikis Hideaway at Eagles Nest is a spectacular getaway! Located in the desirable Camp Eagles Nest area in the middle of the community, you and your loved ones are sure to enjoy every bit of this thoughtfully designed home. 

The main level offers easy access from the parking area.  The beautiful kitchen opens to the living area with deck access. The gas fireplace and large TV have several chairs and a sofa. The two ensuites are on either side of the living room. The King suite to the right has a TV and a fabulous bathroom with a large, tiled shower and a double vanity with a granite counter top. The King suite on the left has the same great views, with a tiled tub/shower combination, and a granite double vanity.

Head outside and around the house to access the lower level! A great feature that most homes in the Camp do not offer, this is a nice perk. There's a game room with pool table, table & chairs, a big sectional sofa, and big TV - a perfect place to relax and enjoy! There's a bonus bedroom off the game room, offering two built in full-over-full beds, as well as a third full bath. (Note that there is no access from the inside of the house to the lower level.) 

Step outside on the main level deck and relax in the cool mountain breezes. Enjoy a meal at the picnic table after making it on the gas grill, then spend the evening telling stories and roasting marshmallows at the firepit in the yard. Then round out the evening with a soak in the hot tub! 

Whatever you do and experience while you're in the High Country, you're sure to enjoy everything Kiki's Hideaway has to offer!

Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each
HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.)
Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays.  This is strictly enforced.

Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.


Additional Notes:
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. 
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. 
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- Firewood is not provided at the home but may be purchased in advance from our office with at least one week (7 days) notice. Firewood is $25/day for 2 bundles of wood and a Firestarter log.
- This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home. 
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided. 
- Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am 
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. 
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. 
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. 
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. 
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. 

CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Kiki's Hideaway was just as it is described. We enjoyed our stay in the peaceful mountain atmosphere. After the main gate it is quite a drive up the mountain which at times can be scary at night especially when at m night when it was foggy. The only downside for us at this time of the year in the colder weather was that you have to walk outside to access the second floor, which with a small child was inconvenient but other than that it was lovely home and was cozy and had all you could need!

We had a great stay. The whole family enjoyed the property and had a wonderful time. It was great for a family with a range of ages our teens were able to have a bit of independence downstairs while all of the kids were able to play outside and enjoy the area right around the cabin and the amenities on the property. All in all it was great.

Beautiful home with incredible long range views. The hot tub was such a nice respite at a the end of a long day at the slopes. Eagle's Nest is a beautiful community and wonderful to get out and explore. This home is located right near all of the fun activities including a climbing wall, basketball court, racquet sports and more. The open concept plan was perfect for the family. The separate basement entrance is great for teens or another family.

We enjoyed our stay at Kikis very much! Having a separate living space below worked perfectly for our teenage boys. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well equipped! A definite bonus!

If you are looking for the perfect place to spend quality time in the North Carolina mountains, look no further than Kiki's Hideaway in Banner Elk. This is truly a luxury property in an upscale gated community with all the amenities you could possible desire. We loved the open concept floorplan on main level which included a gourmet kitchen, gas fireplace, large television and two master bedrooms, along with a guest half bath. Downstairs we found another bedroom and bath, along with a beautiful pool table in the family room. Outside on the multi level decks we found a nice gas grill and an amazing Bullfrog hot tub. The long range mountain views from both decks are fantastic. We won't hesitate to book another stay at Kiki's Hideaway anytime we travel back to the North Carolina mountains.

Kiki's Hideaway is in a great location behind Camp Eagles Nest, so we enjoyed walking to archery and the playground zipline (including us adults). The house is cozy and has beautiful views. The bonus game room and bunk room are a separate entrance, which offers older kids an apartment feel (not ideal for little kids but great for older kids). We enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful deck views and felt right at home. Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying at Eagles Nest! It was absolutely gorgeous with the best views! House was extremely clean and everything was brand new! Loved it! The bunk room is only accessible from the outside staircase which we though would be difficult for the kids in the snow, but they loved it!! They felt like they had their own house .

This is a wonderful property!! The house was clean and fully stocked. The management company was very professional and easy to deal with. The eagles nest community has many amenities to offer. Only downside it is about a 20 minute mountain drive from the gate to the house. However, overall was still a great experience.

We enjoyed staying here. The neighborhood has many amenities. The cabin has the best outfitted kitchen we have ever had at a rental. It should be noted that the stairs to reach the lower level are outside only so may not be ideal for families with small children. Was great however for our teens.
