"My team and I were in Banner Elk for a project and chose to stay at Just Bluffin in Eagle's Nest. We could not be happier with the location, beautiful home, and incredible views. The place was clean and well stocked with cook wear and all of the necessities for our trip. The hot tub was clean and the grill worked great for our group dinners. We will be staying at Just Bluffin any chance we get in the future. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!!

We had an amazing weekend at Just Bluffin! The house was immaculate and well stocked with all types of essentials needed for our stay. The deck, fire pit and hot tub were incredible and the view is outstanding! We will be back again very soon!

My wife & I stayed at "Just Bluffin' " this April and had such a relaxing time. The view from the back porch was gorgeous & made the morning coffee that much better! This home was beautifully decorated, yet still very comfortable & had more than enough room. It had so much room, we're planning a future trip bringing our grown children & their spouses. We loved all the amenities this community had to offer. We went to the Vineyard Restaurant/Bar and loved the wine selection & pizzas. We're really looking to trying the new restaurant next to the amphitheater during our next visit. We left this vacation with great memories & feeling recharged :)

My Family and I had an Absolutely Incredible stay at this beautiful mountain home! The home is thoughtfully designed and feels brand new, with every detail making our trip effortless and relaxing.We loved cozying up on the leather sofas by the fireplace and enjoying movie nights on the huge 70" smart TV. The kitchen was bright, modern, and fully stocked—everything we needed to cook meals together. Outside, the deck with mountain views was a dream. We grilled, relaxed in the seating area, and spent hours soaking in the brand-new hot tub. Evenings by the firepit under the stars were the perfect ending to each day. This home had everything anyone needs for a mountain house rental, including comfort, style, views, and plenty of space for everyone. It was the perfect High Country retreat, and we can't wait to come back! Highly Recommend! 5-Star Stay!

Our stay at the stunning Just Bluffin' in Eagles Nest was a 10/10. Not only is it new (finished 2023) and well stocked with everything you need during your stay but it is impeccably decorated and affords the most beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This property is conveniently located near the Beech Mountain gate (less than 15 mins to the ski resort) in Eagles Nest making it a great home base for a few days of skiing at Beech Mountain. We enjoyed coming "home" each day after skiing to relax in the hot tub, grill steaks and take in the view. The home feels very spacious inside with a large master and "mini-master" downstairs, a bunk room and queen room upstairs and high ceilings and large picture windows throughout. The gas fireplace turned on with a touch of a button as we cozied up by the fire with one of the many fluffy throw blankets. We also had a chance to check out the Great Camp (the kids loved the putt-putt course and the ropes swing) and have a drink at the Sportsmans Lodge @ the North Pavillion both close to Just Bluffin'. I was sincerely sad to say goodbye and we hope to have a chance to visit again in the summer.

We also enjoyed the trails of Eagles Nest. There's one with a waterfall and swimming hole. Gorgeous views from the top of the mountain, with small parking areas to enjoy the sunset and sunrise.

Just Bluffin' was the absolute best mountain retreat we have ever stayed! It is perfectly located with gorgeous mountain views that change constantly overlooking the back deck, almost like watching an artists' palette in constant motion. It was very well appointed with everything you could think of that we needed and then some…great family games, cozy blankets, and a kitchen stocked full of every necessity. It is truly a home away from home but with incredible surroundings right in the middle of Eagles Nest. The winery was a hit and our day trip into Banner Elk was spectacular- We will definitely return!

I was so fortunate to choose just bluffin for my getaway to the Smokies. The house was impeccably decorated with a calm serene Beauty. The views were spectacular and my favorites were sitting on the spacious patio With Friends and enjoying the added bonus of the jacuzzi. I highly recommend to anyone with a family, a group of friends, or anyone just wanting to get away to experience a beautiful exquisite Smoky Mountain Adventure.

Just Bluffin is a beautiful new home with breathtaking views. The owners are incredible hosts and thought of it all! The home interior is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. The outside amenities leave nothing to chance for a wonderful time. We stayed during a winter storm and the scenery was majestic. We were with another family and the children played outside in the snow and enjoyed tubing down the hill in the backyard for hours at a time. The hot tub was key after a day in the snow! We were in close proximity to the winery and enjoyed that as well! We will be returning to this home!

Not only is the view and proximity perfect but the inside is beautifully decorated and so cozy. Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely home! It is immaculate, it's amazingly decorated, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need and it's just the perfect place for a mountain getaway. The hot tub was delightful in the evenings and the back deck with the incredible views was the place we spent the most time together. There is so much to do that is very close. Skiing, wineries, restaurants, and a very cool amphitheater on the side of the mountain. Highly recommend this home and we will certainly be back year after year!
