Welcome to Highlander Cabin! This cozy log cabin in the Deep Gap area just east of Boone is the magical mountain getaway you've been craving! 

As you enter the home you’ll love the classic cabin feeling in the great room. This room offers exposed-beam vaulted tongue & groove ceilings, a stone gas fireplace with TV mounted above and cozy furniture arranged in front of it, dining table for 6, and a well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island that also has 2 bar stools.

Highlander Cabin offers 3 beautiful bedrooms for you to enjoy. On the main level is a King suite with TV and access to the deck, and the private bath has a tub/shower combo.

Upstairs are two more bedrooms. One has a King bed and the other has a set of twin-over-full bunk beds, and each room has a TV. These two rooms share a full bath with a tub/shower.

You’re sure to love relaxing outside on the deck and enjoy the cool mountain air. The main level deck has a selection of Adirondack chairs and a gas grill. Enjoy the views of the timeless Blue Ridge mountains rolling into the distance.

Highlander Cabin is located just east of Boone in the picturesque Deep Gap area, very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the town of Boone is just a scenic 15 minute drive away. All of the best shopping, dining, and attractions in the High Country are close by as well. Come make Highlander Cabin your home away from home!

Additional Notes:

- This home is pet friendly for up to 3 mature, well-trained dogs. Pet rent is $25/nt per pet plus tax. 
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am. 
-This home has a gravel driveway with parking capacity for 4 vehicles. There are 6 steps to enter the main level. 
- All BRMR homes come with a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
- Towels and linens will be provided for you.  
- Repeat guests of Highlander Cabin will receive a 5% discount for visiting again! 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. If you cancel more than 60 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival do not receive a refund unless the property is rebooked. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
