The Space
In the main house, you’ll find a bright and spacious layout designed for gathering or unwinding:
- Living room with TV, electric fireplace, and deck access
- Fully equipped kitchen that offers cookware and dishes needed to prepare and serve delicious meals 
- A spacious king ensuite on the main level with a TV, private deck access, and a large bathroom featuring a double vanity, soaking tub, and tiled shower
- A queen bedroom with a TV, desk workspace, and an adjacent hall bath
                 
Downstairs offers a second full living area including the following:
- Living room with TV, electric fireplace, and direct outdoor access
- A secondary kitchen with everything you need for easy meals
- A queen bedroom with large windows and natural light
- A bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks
- Shared bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower
- Laundry room for added convenience

Need extra space? Rent Hidden Falls Retreat to enjoy the extra space of the guest house. If only Hidden Falls (main house) is rented, the guest house will remain locked and won't be rented to a separate party so you can enjoy privacy. 

Outdoor Experience
What truly sets Hidden Falls apart is its connection to nature:
- Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while listening to the nearby waterfall
- 80-foot Silvervale Falls can be accessed by a quick 7-minute drive via Kirby Mountain Road to Waterfall Road. All outdoor adventuring is at your own risk. Please use caution! Respect our area. No littering or vandalism.  
- Gather around the fire pit in the front yard for s’mores and stories under the stars
- Relax in the hot tub with peaceful surroundings of this truly private mountain escape

Important Notes:
- All BRMR homes offer kitchens stocked with all utensils, dishware and cookware needed to cook and enjoy meals. There is also a "starter set" of other essentials including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided for you. Please plan to bring any food or pantry items you wish to use. 
- Firewood can be purchased for the outdoor fire pit with at least a weeks notice. Two bundles of wood and 1 fire starter delivered = $25/night. 
- Pet Friendly: Maximum of two (2) mature, well-trained dogs only. Pet rent is $25/night per pet + tax. Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
