Great house to rent with children and pets. The cabin was very clean, beds were comfortable and the loft for the kids was so fun for them. Cabin is 12 minutes to downtown Boone so an easy drive to Ingles if you need something.

clean, beautiful place, amazing views, you can see snow around and in the place. close to Sugar Mountain (ice skating, tubing, ski) close to Boone town and Blowing Rock Town.

This house was the perfect place for extended family to stay while visiting child/grandchild at App State. Definitely recommend and definitely would stay again.

We had a wonderful vacation. The rental was clean and a representative was available immediately when had a question. We were notified in early am that we could check in early and when asked for a late check out, that was also accommodated. I would definitely book with Blue Ridge Rentals again.

We had an excellent stay. Posting and pictures were spot on. We booked the day prior and the rental company was nothing but helpful in getting everything filled out and ready to go. When we arrived there was water and a small gift bag with a welcome note. Would definitely stay at this place again or any of the blue ridge rentals.

This cabin is very cozy, perfect for a small family or couple friends. The location is perfect, easy to get to blowing rock or Boone! The property has a great side yard with the fire pit and neat large boulders. Also great pet friendly home as well.

Great spot, will visit again. The fire pit and rock formation on the property are really cool. This is between Banner Elk and Boone so the location is convenient. Great outdoor deck.

Our family had a rough year and needed a 'resting' vacation. This was a great place to do that. The deck was nice for during the day and the fire circle was a great touch for the evenings. We weren't too far from Boone or Blowing Rock and got to take advantage of fun things to do and great places to eat in both spots.

Tucked away in a nice gated community in the mountains. This cottage is cozy, nicely decorated and kid friendly with their own loft. Just the right size for a small family and with a lower apartment for another couple or grandparent perhaps. The outdoor living here is fantastic. Multiple decks and a huge graveled area with a rock outcropping and fire pit nearby were enjoyed daily. My son wants me to buy it so we can go back whenever we want. :)

We enjoyed staying at this quaint cabin. The deck and firepit were terrific. Watching the sunset with a fire and then the glow of the stars in they sky was so relaxing. Conveniently located to many of the towns in the area.

This was a great stay. The property is tucked in a private community, with great views, and very clean. Communication with the management company was excellent. The cabin has a great outdoor space with plenty of room for kids to explore. We really liked the outdoor firepit area. This cabin is extremely convenient to Boone, Blowing Rock, and the parkway. Hope to come back!

We loved staying in this quaint cabin!! Very child friendly with beautiful views! The property is gorgeous and close to everything. The outdoor fire pit was a huge hit!! Definitely plan on coming back!!

We enjoyed staying in this cozy cabin, especially the outdoor space. It has a large deck with great views and plenty of seating. The fire pit is a little walk from the house, in a clearing. The house is centrally located, close to hiking and Blowing Rock and pretty close to Boone too.

Not wanting for anything, this little cabin is a great place to stay for couples or small families. The kids loft was adorable! Beautiful sunset views and super quiet neighborhood. Feels very secluded. The fire pit lot is incredible. Fireplace kept us warm. Grill and kitchen appliances worked perfectly. We felt right at home. We especially liked the design and furniture of the cabin. Not too “kitchy”! Updated and modern!

My family had such a great time...we loved cooking smore's over the firepit and grilling our dinners out both nights was the best. The cottage was so clean and decorated very nicely. We even had soft plush towels. We definitely will stay again.

This cottage was close to all the activities we planned. Plenty of space for 8 people and having a washing machine, dryer and a grill was certainly a plus!!
