We fell in love with this house! It was spacious the view was amazing! It was all decorated for Xmas which made it even more special. The house had everything we needed! We did not want to leave . We will be coming back! The house was super clean and sofas chairs and beds were so comfy! There were plenty of games to play and nature to observe!

Hi! I would love to leave a review for Happy Trails. This is the third time or maybe the fourth time I have stayed in this home. I love coming to Happy Trails because the owners have really thought of everything! From automatic nightlights, to every appliance and utensil imaginable, comfortable beds and blankets and tons of fun games. The home is welcoming and beautifully decorated, the views from the huge windows cannot be beat, and it is walking distance to the fitness center and north pavilion. It really is one of my favorite places!

Happy Trails was a perfect layout for our family. Beds were comfortable and loved the location. Kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I've seen in a rental and we've stayed at multiple homes on the property. Could see owners paid attention to details and it was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Everything was perfect! House was beautiful and well prepped. Your service was great when needed and BRMR responded quickly to a request for propane. Can’t wait to enjoy another home soon.

We could not say enough about Happy Trails. It was peaceful and cozy but with many options to keep us busy if needed. The amenities are fantastic and accommodating for adults and children.

Very nice property. Clean and great communication. It is a good hike up the mountain, so pay attention to the warnings about 4WD vehicle.

This airbnb was WONDERFUL. The neighborhood is stunning with breathtaking views. It would be very easy to stay in the neighborhood the entire stay because it has so many amenities and activities, especially in the warmer months. The house was perfect and squeaky clean. Instructions were clear and super easy to follow. My group would absolutely love to come back!! **A warning to make sure you have the address pulled up on maps before getting close because service is spotty and the neighborhood is massive. But getting lost isn’t even bad because the views are so beautiful :)

This spot was a dream come true. I spent my 25th birthday here, surrounded by friends, after 5 years of dreaming into something like this—and it surpassed my expectations. The natural light, the spaces for rest and enjoyment (hot tub, 2 fire pits, indoor fireplace), and the beauty of the space were all incredible to experience. I deeply value my time here and would stay again!

We had a girls weekend at Happy Trails and had an amazing stay. The cabin is perfectly appointed with everything you need...and more. The owners have truly thought of everything. The cabin was spotless and very welcoming with tasteful decor and comfy beds. We enjoyed spending time on the back porch with a beautiful view in the morning with our coffee, and in the evening with the gas fireplace coffee table with our wine. Of course, the hot tub was a bonus. We also enjoyed Eagles Nests' other amenities like their hiking trails, concerts and winery. You could easily come here and never come off the mountain. Can't wait to come back!

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at Happy Trails! I gathered there with some friends for an extended girls' getaway weekend, and could not have found a more comfortable cabin for us. I've stayed in a lot of rental cabins in the past, and this one by far exceeded my expectations! The kitchen was stocked to the hilt with supplies (there's even an air fryer and crock pot!), the beds are so comfortable, the living space was generous, the decor made it feel like home, and the bathrooms were well-supplied. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the back porch and in the hot tub. Our party of five slept comfortably! There's a lot to do in the area, but the nice thing about the Eagles Nest development is that there are trails within walking distance, and you can get in a good workout just walking around the neighborhood! Bonus: there's also a winery right down the street!

I had the immense pleasure of staying at Happy Trails the weekend of Oct 7th for 3 nights with my girlfriends. The house was warm, clean and inviting. The personal touches of this "cabin" did not go unnoticed. Local artwork and all the cabin type decorations made it feel like a home. Everything was spotless. Loved that they had Keurig and a regular coffee maker. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into all the details. I would definitely come back and bring my family. Thank you Happy Trails for helping me and my best friends make lasting memories.

We had the most amazing week in this stunningly beautiful home in Eagles Nest. Happy Trails is absolutely gorgeous with every detail you could ever hope for in a mountain home. Plenty of games, comfy chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, and incredible views!!! Really cute cabin and bear decor for kids- even a Ms. PAC Man machine! Blue Ridge Rentals always makes sure we have what we need! From directions, to snacks and water, to recommendations in the area of activities and restaurants- and someone is always available when you need them for anything, including maintenance. They are also very responsive by email. We only rent through this company.

The property management team was very detailed with all aspects of the rental, multiple emails were sent to give step-by-steps instructions for everything needed. The home was very clean and had an incredible view, definitely there is nothing negative to report as we were very pleased with the entire experience.

We stayed in this beautiful home during the epic snowstorm of January 2022! This home is so beautiful, clean and provided everything we needed. Plenty of beds for a large family, board games for fun family time, a well stocked kitchen, and a beautiful fire pit for making s'mores! It is decorated so beautifully and is so warm & welcoming! We were snowed in for 2 straight days, but had so much fun sledding right in the yard!

The place was beautiful with amazing views and the amenities were fantastic. We all loved the hot tub and the fire pit and spent most of our time outside, enjoying the weather. We would highly recommend this property to future renters.
